  • I love my Spoonk Acupressure Mat! Using my Spoonk mat before bed leaves me feeling super relaxed. I use the acupressure mat primarily on my back and feet and usually need to lay on it for 15-20 minutes before I start to feel relaxed and loosen up.

I could go on about back surgeries, let's just say this mat works, actually after using a few weeks, will actually help with insomnia, this mat is all about acupressure, slow and steady, try it

Love my mat. Has definitely helped with some sleep issues I tend to have, usually lie on the mat shirtless for about a half hour before bed and find it completely relaxes me to go to sleep

Just used mine today shirt less for low back pain. Was amazing! It’s tricky to get settled but once on eventually the circulation increases and brings much blood flow for healing to the area. I’ve been icing for the past couple days now I can ice and use this mat for rapid healing! I’m excited to try standing on it .
One last thing I just started Wim Hof breathing technique, our water isn’t cold in the summer but read another comment or makes buckets of ice water for his feet. Great idea! Will try that as well 🌸

Nice! I've been doing cold shower therapy for about a year now and have been looking to up my torture game. I'll def take a look into this. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

Yes...love that, "looking to up your torture game" 🙌🏽
I just got one of these mats a couple weeks ago and went a full 20 minutes, shirtless.. the very first time.
Also doing the cold shower therapy as well.
There's something to be said about doing uncomfortable things + breaking out of our comfort zones ✌🏽

Oh my gosh! This is the same step order I am taking! I have started plunging my legs into buckets of ice everyday, (literally cold water, plus Tons of hard ice in there) and my inflammation feels SO MUCH BETTER, I just had a thought to add these next. I guess it’s our natural progression eh? 😂 Dusty! Where’s your cold/ice game? 😂 You’ll be in good company! Ha ha!

Wondered how it went in the washing machine? Did any of the spikes come off? I think they're only glued on so I probably wouldn't put them thru the wash

The picture does not say that this mat is very small (40 / 70cm). The pillow also looks larger (23 / 29cm)

It’s likely because the initial stress that laying on this mat causes during the first few minutes can raise your BP to potentially dangerous levels if you currently/are predisposed to/have a pre-existing heart condition.

lLate to the game but I have High Blood Pressure and I use it. The spikes drop your blood pressure. If you can reduce your blood pressure you can eliminate or reduce your meds (well your doc can).
