- What a fun adventure this turned out to be! I de-stashed a bunch of books, and adopted 11 more - and it didn't cost me a cent! I felt like I was on a bookish quest!

So fun! I know of several near me, but I need to check the map and go on my own treasure hunt. I'm sure there are more out there. I have one at my house. I like to make free bookmarks to take and as a steward, it is a lot of fun to look out for good books to stock my library. Don't feel bad if you don't have one to leave. I absolutely love seeing my library run out of books so I can fill it up again!
100%! They’re such a great resource! I can’t have one infront of my house unfortunately because we’re on a main road with no parking, but I use the one in the Main Street of my town all the time! There’s always something interesting, and it’s a great way to pass on books to other bookworms! 📚🐛❤️
Well this was such a fun video. And thanks for the link. I have discovered 4 in my area; have never seen them. I think when my family book club goes out for a "book store crawl" in the July school holidays, we'll include the 4 street libraries. And I must buy you a coffee or two 😊.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a book store crawl! I had the best time on mine! (It’s in a previous vlog!) And the street libraries might surprise you! The one Ms I visited were amazing! 🤩 It was so fun! And you can de-stash any books you’re finished with too! Pass them on to other bookworms! ❤️🐛

Gosh you keep coming up with such great ideas. Little free libraries are fantastic. There are quite a few in my area and it always surprises me at the books that go in there. White Oleander is a great book and is also a movie which is fantastic. If you are an op shop girl there are some great op shops in the Blackburn area that also have good book sections.

I really enjoy your videos and such fun visiting all these unique little book libraries! My husband and I love books so much we built one in front of our house for children and adults. We especially enjoy children's literature. It gives us the opportunity to read some really great books and we shop thrift shops for book stock if needed...it's always full and great fun! We will have to go to quest to visit some little libraries in our area, thanks for lovely treasure hunt!💚

What great little libraries. I am surprised how much bigger the ones near you are. The ones in my area tend to be on the smaller side.

There are about four of them in my neighborhood. Really scratches that book shopping itch, although I don't usually find something to grab most of the time. Still waiting to see if someone will take my old paperback copy of the Complete Works of Shakespeare.

Not necessarily! They are also for swapping and sharing books too!
No they are for whoever wants a book. We have them in America too.
