मेरी एंग्जायटी तब सुरु हुई जब मे शादी मे गया था तो dj के पास सब नाच रहे थे तभी अचानक से मेरे लेफ्ट हैंड और छाती मे बहुत दर्द होने लगा. 3 महीने से एंग्जायटी झेल रहा हु ecg, echo कराया नार्मल था और ब्लड की cbc जाँच भी कराई. डॉक्टर ने बोला तुम्हे दिल की कोई बीमारी नहीं है. फिर मैंने एंग्जायटी को स्वीकार कर लिया और रोज 5km रनिंग करता हु आब 60-70% ठीक हो चूका हु. बहुत भयंकर लेवल के पैनिक अटैक झेले थे 1 महीने तो आब पैनिक अटैक तो आना बंद हो गए है. दोस्तों एंग्जायटी से बाहर आना चाहते हो तो खूब पसीना बहाओ मेहनत करो कसरत करो.
पसीना बहाने के लिए exercise करनी होती है फिर heart beat बढ जाती है और chest pain होता है

Bhai mera problem ye hai ki, raat ko sone se pehle aisa lagta hai ki so jaunga to subah uthunga hi nahi or subah uthte hi muje ghabrahat hoti hai or chest me pain hota hai. Baki neend ki bhi problem nahi hai, 15- 20 minute me aa jati hai.
Sabhi test kiya sab narmal hai, echo, tmt, ecg sab normal hai.

Mera ivf 3 years ho gaye failed IVF tha Mujhe last year Dec se anxiety issue develop hue but after eating medicines it was fine till March / April
May Main we have decided to start the treatment phir 3 days hue hai. But feel sleeping all the time and last sometimes chest discomfort got trade mill test, eco everting done it was normal just last weekend got cholesterol check it was 270
