If you read the Extended Novelization, it explains it better why Sugar Plum is the villan. I read the book first and then saw the movie and it made much more sense
You know I’ve seen many movies of the nutcracker and never thought Sugar Plum was a villain. But if you tell of an extended can you send me a link to the extended book?
Yes! I have the extended movie novelization and it shows you why sugar plum went off the deep end. Gives you some more insight on Clara’s mother as well
You can Also imagine this Disney villain like I don’t know bellwether from Zootopia of the new one king magnifico from wish from the beginning they were nice but then they turned wicked and evil to the main characters in each story so disrespectful never trust a villain
When Clara turns the wheel to disable the machine, the water wheels stop generating the needed energy. Sugarplum knows that the palace is infiltrated, that's why she looks shocked.
Even the music of this movie too is very majestic and extraordinary to hear and understand especially my favorite song of all the nutcracker suite of the overture song that one is a classic never to be forgotten even that this was performed by lang lang
The most irritating thing about this movie is that it starts off as something profoundly deep and dark for Disney (coming to terms with your mother's death by interacting with the world she created) and then has to turn it into a simplistic good vs evil/regime change therapy battle by the end that we haven't seen a thousand times elsewhere.
I think the nutcracker and the four realms was an awesome and grateful movie Disney has ever done for us and by the way Morgan freeman’s in this movie too as godfather how impressive is that but it’s good to know

I wonder if I can get the book on my ipod, I wouldn't mind reading it :)

A twist villain to be precise
Sugar Plum got a little jealous that Marie grew up and had a family
Clara has some kickass fighting skills.
She kinda reminds us of Moana a little doesn’t she good to see some heroic action in this girl Go Clara!
I love this movie, the artstyle and the characters, Mother Ginger is awesome.
And by the way Helen Mirren who is mother ginger in this movie was also in monsters university as dean hardscrabble how amazing is that?
*Sugar Plum is my SPIRIT ANIMAL AND FAVORITE DISNEY VILLIAN*
Yeah. *In some films villains pretend to be nice but they’re actually evil.*
Exactly just like Chester X from cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2 he’s the worst
Sugar Plum is my new favorite Disney villain
She is my third behind Ursula and scar
You can Also imagine this Disney villain like I don’t know bellwether from Zootopia of the new one king magnifico from wish from the beginning they were nice but then they turned wicked and evil to the main characters in each story so disrespectful never trust a villain
But why Disney? The Sugarplum Fairy is a classic good guy. DX
@LPSCrystal Studios In the original Nutcracker, she was
Actually mother Ginger is the good guy and plum was the bad one
@@samjeffries6192 That's what I mean. The Sugarplum fairy was always a good character, but in this one they made her the villain.
@@cakecrumb095 oh lol
Well what can we say
After not preforming on stage for awhile makes you evil
2:38 when I win a competition
Me: Disney, stop making the villains the characters we least expect😡
lightheart5 I love it! Please keep it up, Disney!
@Nick Meister I'm an old-school Disney fan
@Nick Meister At least we know who the villains are
@Nick Meister Maybe there shouldn't be any villains in the movies for things to go wrong
I knew who the villain once scene the first trailer
I gotta admit, I love the plot twist
3:38 MG’s finest moment.
Love this movie love Mackenzie and love mother Ginger they are amazing
Mother Ginger and her Clown's sons are the best
Idk why but from the start I already liked Mother Ginger
Actually same here Sugarplum was kinda sus. Like acting too much
I love how the castle is based(or looks to be based)on the Kremlin. Not for any geopolitical,"Russia bad" reasons, just because it fits the theme.
I’m not gonna lie, I actually enjoyed this movie for the Sabres, and Tin Soldiers alone.
Both scared me
I Say it's so cool, with the Army of toy soldiers and the way of how the sugar plum fairy turns out to be bad!
Darn. Can the House of Mouse have a Mouse villain? Why make the Mouse King a good guy?
They had Mortimer Mouse as one of Mickey’s rivals
I really liked mother gingers machine
3:30 What does that mean to Sugar Plum?
When Clara turns the wheel to disable the machine, the water wheels stop generating the needed energy. Sugarplum knows that the palace is infiltrated, that's why she looks shocked.
That means that if the wheels turn off, she can’t do more toy soilders. Which is good.
That was absolutely the right thing for Clara to do to stop this madness from happening all because of sugar plum she’s the worst
I've first watched I already suspect sugarplum to evil
i was personally shocked when she was revealed to be evil.
0:54 these soldiers are the french soldiers of Great Napoleon.
Well these soldiers are also more like the ones in the Santa clause 2 that the fake evil toy Santa has created he too is a villain
@@disneyfan02Santa Clause 2? it look like nice.
@@giannisgiannis870 what do you mean it looks like nice? 🤨
@@disneyfan02 that they have beautiful costumes.
@@giannisgiannis870 In what way of course and who?
The Joker henchmans they became good and fought with toy soldiers
At least us rats have some respect xD
tHe nUtCrAcKeR?!
Sugarplum fairy isn't evil in the ballet. I can't believe this.
Did anyone else not realize Keira Knightley was in this? Wow.
She wasn’t a villain in the ballet version, is she?
Part 2 Please
I love Mackenzie's outfit here
Wait a minute, New Dream Nutcracker Ballet Costumes; Clara, Angel, Snow Queen, Toy Soldier, Bunny, Clown, Dew Drop, Sugarplum Fairy, Spanish Hot Chocolate, Arabian Coffee, Chinese Tea, Marzipan, Mother Ginger's Puppet, Christmas Caroler, Russian Peppermint, 1st Realm, 2nd Realm, 3rd Realm, and 4th Realm.
Still sad Clara and the Captain didn’t kiss by the end of the movie lol
Lol the toy guards are scary looking😟
Go Clara!
Why do the troops March like Russian troops?

my favorite yes lal pricess clara
1 big nutcracker vs 100 nutcrackers
WHO WILL WIN???
Who would win this war? SP’s Tin Soldier army or Triborg’s Tekunin Clan?
The rats won!!!!!
Clara is Plum. The dress color
this movie is a disgrace to everything known to this world
What a plot twist that Sugarplum is the bad guy
I think the nutcracker and the four realms was an awesome and grateful movie Disney has ever done for us and by the way Morgan freeman’s in this movie too as godfather how impressive is that but it’s good to know
God the Sugar Plum Fairy has a super annoying voice
Theshiro 123 Reminds me of Lizzie Hearts.
Disney formula: CGI vomit by dudes who skipped physics at school and managers who never left Woke camps.
