    Crispy Golden Fish Fry Recipe
    Servings: 4-6
    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    *Marination time:*12 hours or overnight
    Cook Time: 10-12 minutes
    Description:
    Indulge in crispy, golden fish fry with a crunchy exterior and tender interior. This mouthwatering recipe combines marinated fish coated in a spicy flour mixture, fried to perfection. Serve with tangy tartar sauce or mint chutney.
    Ingredients:
    200 g fish
    2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
    1 tablespoon cumin seed powder
    1tablespoon coriander powder
    1tablespoon garam masala powder
    2 tablespoon salt
    3 tablespoon chilli flacks
    3 tablespoon lemon juice
    -3 tablespoon garam flour
    Vegetable oil for frying
    Instructions:
    1. Marinate fish in mixture of spices, lemon juice, for 12 hour or overnight
    2. Mix flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds powder ,coriander powder, garam masala, (if using), salt,
    3. Coat marinated fish in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
    4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
    5. Fry fish until golden brown and crispy (4-5 minutes per side).
    6. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
    7. Serve hot with tartar sauce or mint chutney.
    Tips & Variations:
    Add garlic or ginger paste to marinade for extra flavor.
