Facing my wife while riding the Ring Of Fire ride at The 2011 Saanich Fair. Yes, I am the one screaming, but why go on a roller coaster type ride if you're not gonna scream?
I've been on this. The worst part is probably waiting for it to start and then it going and you see the sky but you're not on top yet. Because once you finish the 1st loop it gets REALLY fun and you feel amazing.

i was thinking the same thing once ride get to top held upside down for like 4 seconds and that's several times each revolution this is same time of ride at six flags new england called the fireball rode it first time back in sept it was fun thrilling but not screaming like a banshee scary my friggin ears listening to this and its always the adults that over scream or is it just my observations.? i never even rode super loops the old type style of ride at carnivals afraid blood rushe to my head feeling for being held upside down for a few seconds needed to get over fear i was like this is not bad at all its rather fun. fireball just opened this season
yeah my sister wears glasses but she put her in a case then in her pocket that zipped up on the big roller coasters we put our belongings including glasses/sunglasses in lockers

But I just got back from the festival about three hours ago and I rode the Zipper four times and the ring of fire twice (Because the friend I was with wouldn't ride it with me) It was a lot better and I have a stronger stomach now. Try this: 1. Take your headphones, plug them in, put them on. 2. hold your nose 1 centimetre away from the middle of your screen. (Laptop or tablet works best) (Maybe dim the light of your screen, if you don't want your eyes to hurt ;-)) 3. Play the video
I tried it yesterday, my best friend and me were wandering around the youth fair, she's very daring so we had this thing where I chose a ride and she chose a ride, we did so many scary rides like this and the drop thing, we also did the one where your on a seat and spin around upside down very very high in the air. But I was so scared to go on this one, but she made me. And then we went on it and then one of my 8th grade friends were all like, let's make a prayer. XD But my eyes were closed the whole time and I pretended I was riding on a very fast unicorn that can do tricks. It turned out to be fun! But there was this one part where my stomach dropped. And when we hung upside down for 7 seconds, I'm really short So I was falling off of my seat and I held on really tight. It was fun lol
i rode this type ride last year called fireball at six flags new england for first time felt bit iffy but im a coaster fan. i was fine it was fun but i did hold on to the restraints sorta for dear life not really my tummy did not feel like in throat and i really didn't scream too busy laughing and joking around with my sis and her boyfriend sitting in same cart in front of me i am on the short side myself had doubts but at that point cant let things get to me. i would ride the ride again. not sure if make to six flags this year my sister is still healing from childbirth.
When I went I this ride today at the Iowa State Fair, when it got really high, I clung on for dear life and close my eyes for about the whole ride. I opened them briefly when we were upside down, and screamed like there was no tomorrow. At the end, my legs were shaking like crazy.
This must be one of the newer versions of this ride. Even when I rode it at the fair this year it was still the old red car you had to climb into and the would close the sides with gates, and you had a lap bar and your padded roof above you to hold you in. They also held you upside down at the top for 5-10 secs twice throughout the ride.
lmaoo and ikr i think my ears broke. to me its always the adults that need to be so meledramatic in screams on a ride its fun but in moderation otherwize its just shut up already
Back in the 80's this same model was called super loop! But super loop is an OLDER model. But still the same I loved it and always rode the hell out of it whenever I came across it!
I went on one of these at the fair once. It looked really nausea-inducing, but I had seen it before and I wanted to give it a try this time. I remember I said "No matter how hungry I am that day, I'm gonna eat a very light lunch." Wise move, because I ended up sick the rest of the day afterwards.
I love that ride! I rode it 3 or 4 times with my brother last month at my local fairgrounds. It was rlly fun and I was not scared at all despite screaming hysterically

when I was little at a carnival that comes around once a year. this ride broke down several times including twice with people upside down on the top. imaging that. upside down in the ride stopped cause its broke. and the time right before the run for the loop where your almost gonna loop but your not seems absolutely terrifying
In Blackpool there's one like this (can't remember what it was called) and there's only a metal bar to protect you! It's super tight though and there's also a metal bar to hold on to
The north FL fair a few days ago had mechanical failure with this ride. The ride harness's locked, but when it was upside down they released. Luckily everyone had seatbelts on.
i have always been scared of rides. last oct i finally went on this ride. my wife came up with a way to get me on this ride and then on other rides. since it was oct and halloween she said she dared me to wear one of her outfits on the ride during halloween. so i wore one of her outfits. ( her leather leggings , her silk top , her leather jacket and a pair of her leather boots ) so i was wearing her outfit and walked onto the ride and got locked in. the ride started moving and she said think of me wearing her clothes. i laughed the whole ride and rode it. now we have a yearly tradition. every oct we go to a amusement park and i wear one of her outfits on rides for halloween.

I went on a ride very similar to that but we didn't go upside down. We herd clicking and after i got off with my friends they shut the ride down cause there weren't supposed to be clicks. Later we found out that the ride wasn't entirely bolted together!!!
Was this at clementon park? I went there but I didn't go on any rides because they seemed rusty and u felt like if I went on one it would break so I only went on the waterslides. I didn't like it there because the waterslides were really high up but so slow so it wasn't run at all for me and my brother.
