Even though I am a Malaysian, I have always looked forward and really enjoyed watching Singapore National Day Parade (NDP) performances.
Singaporeans are so proud of Singapore, by the way they put in so much effort into teamwork and preparations for the NDP event.
The President of Singapore is indeed a conscientious president; upon her leaving for the night, instead of going into her car, the president walked directly towards the performers, to shake their hands and to wave to other performers, as an acknowledgement of her appreciation for their efforts in displaying such a beautiful show to celebrate Singapore National Day.
She studied Singapore Chinese Girls' school, graduated with Law Degree which wasn't easy in the early years University of Singapore. And she even wanted to stay at her own five rooms HDB flat when she already be President of Singapore, and was given a official residential by the Nation. Occasionally, she still invites her flat neighbours to Istana

Screaming our hearts out with friends and family during National Day and watching the amazing performances was one of the best of the best events this year for me.
The scene during the pandemic is truly remarkable. Great job to the camera team who made those shoots.

So beautiful and heartwarming! We left out one industry though, the most important one, the maritime industry, the industry that helped Singapore grow in the early days up to now contributing significantly to our GDP. Although the entire world was under lockdown the seafarers were out there ensuring that supplies were delivered! Many of them sick or stranded, not able to go back to their homes when the airports closed down and yet they kept the world going! Don't think we have acknowledged them enough for their sacrifice and contribution more so during the covid lockdown. Hopefully our next National Day celebration please, thank you. Love you so much Singapore, God bless and many more happy birthdays to come!! ❤

In my opinion, it is one of the worst... 3 red lions fell/tumbled, worst NDP songs, ultra draggy, and super forced diversity nonsense (Halimah only talked to 2 indians, 1 malay and 1 Chinese lady out of 100s of Chinese men there)... plus lots of cringy performances to do with the pandemic, I mean dude, we are still not out of the woods yet.

Proud to be sporean n tis year NDP 2022 is the most memorable n spectacular event for everyone to enjoy. The storytelling .... pandemic, the dance n song, all marching, sky parachute, navy etc etc ..with 25000 to watch tis event at marina Bay, those at home n those overseas.....very heartwarming for everyone to play a part in celebrating spore birthday of 57th independence....a small dot but strong n united n peace n harmony....stay as one Singapore....hooray well done for the artistry n creative team ... Adrian Pang n all who participated in this wonderful day. Shd present this award NDP2022 to the team (esp those behind scene....technical, lighting, angle focusing etc) who make tis happen. I really enjoyed this year's NDP. Perhaps it's because of Mr Adrian Pang's direction. It's like watching a play, very entertaining. :) Thank you to all the men and women contributing to this.

Hats off to Adrian Pang and team & all the participants for a wonderful NDP! Laughed, cried, sang and clapped along throughout the 2+ hours. Got emotional at the part where it was about how we went from "partying" in 2019 to an eerily silent 2020 (aka the year that many of us surely wish to forget). Automatically started clapping along to Shigga Shay and the wushu/dancers in that segment about fighting the pandemic. Also loved the "phoenix" fireworks and effects at 2:43:03 to match the lyrics.
