This brings back so many great memories!
When I was younger, I danced with a Troupe. That was in my Teens and early 20s. Since then, Osteo Arthritis has nearly decimated me... I no longer feel like the Cossack I once was and can't even walk some days.
Thank God for your health, friends... And let's pray that we can STAY healthy through this fiasco, and for YEARS TO COME.
    God Bless Ukraine.

You need to stop eating tomato family plants and rice etc... Chemicals in certain foods stimulate growth via the WNT enzyme pathway cascade causing excess growth between your bones. Rosemary and sage stop the bone overgrowth. Alcohol does too but I dont recommend it! This is a potent enzyme reaction. Fetal alcohol syndrome is caused by the inhibition of fetal growth from alcohol. The gene comes from Laplanders. Im scandanavian and was waking up every morning stiff and in pain. Not any more! If your arthritis is auto immune it can be coming from exposure to PFOA'S. Im doing more research on overactive immune reactions but this chemical family is coming out as a big cause. It could be from fluorine in general too, like in toothpaste.

While performing this dance, the guys supported each other with exclamations of Hey and Hop. Hey is an inciting exclamation to action, in this case to performing a dance trick. And the word (and the exclamation at the same time) Hop means jump, hit, jumping and, accordingly, Hop is an encouraging exclamation when jumping. The name of the dance Hopak comes from the word Hop

In the video, the guys also say an old jokey, humorous phrase to lighten the mood - "Hop, cousin, don't be sad! Spin here and there!" They also pronounce something else, but it’s not at all intelligible even for a native speaker.

The dance is called povzunets I was a part of a Ukrainian/American dance troupe in New York that did it (Dunai) and there are a few others also doing Ukrainian dance and honoring our ancestry all over the US. I think Syzukreli (NYC) has a video of it on TH-cam.

WOWs n WOWs INDEED! Damb wonder HOW many years 2 be able 2 perform SUCH level? I would VERY MUCH like 2 train! Ya it is SUPER fkin challenging n the NUMBER one is one has 2 be SO fkine LIMBER before U even talking about doing SUCH DAMB challenging N physically exhausting moves! VERY VERY very impressive. Wonder Ukraine Traditional Dance training studio is available in California USA. I know it does NOT have rhythm like passion arousing n spiritual nourishing ballroom dance n its many many various type of music (means many things...), but I would LIKE 2 learn JUST have SUCH tough move n obviously I have 2 be VERY dam limber N fit 2 learning this type of dance... MORE like physical toughness N limberness. I C Soviet Union soldiers who were performing are from Ukraine, NOT I know it was NOT from Russia.
