I love making DIY jewelry during the summer, but let be real, you can only make so many necklaces. Just wanted to add something about new trends and styles … I always followed the new trends and new styles to please everybody at school, at work, friends, always for others to just be ‘trendy’ with the rest and so to look cool. I always lost myself, hated most of the items I bought but ‘hey they are the trend and everyone is wearing them’. Ever since I’m home with chronic illness and mental health issues (some caused by not feeling myself around others) I ‘m only wearing what I want when I want. I’m still wearing the same black jeans jacket I bought in 2019 daily! Wore it in winter with sweater/hoodie and now in spring/ summer it’s still a part of me. I’m 30+ but last year I finally start buying the ripped jeans I always wanted but was to afraid to wear them.
For sure - I used to be super into what was trendy when I was in middle school, but I only followed the trends that I actually liked. My problem was that I didn’t know there were options other than skinny jeans! I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling with your health, I bet the Jean jacket/ripped jeans look great! 💜
I LOVE the croc smiley face charms! I saw the smiley faces at hobby lobby but i thought they were to big for a bracelet, i totally could have done this!,
Thank you! You’re right, they are a little big. I was thinking of making a necklace with pearl beads and putting one of the smiley faces on the middle. I’d definitely combine them with other beads to make jewelry, they might work for a bracelet if you just do one and combine them with smaller beads! 🙂💜
This is perfect! I am currently cleaning out my old craft room and turning into my room (still with crafts hehe) and I found a lot of crafting things. Thanks for posting craft videos they’re so inspiring!
As always another great video. I added the resin stuff to my Amazon list I too tried hot glue on the croc charms and those are too delicate for the rubber. Pop right off. And the way you used it to seal the purse straps that’s ingenious! Thanks for opening my eyes to those options! So much potential haha

Thanks, I got them at Hollister! I think they were the “dad pants” style, I couldn’t find them on the website but they might get something similar closer to fall/winter. I like them because they have elastic in the waist, so there’s not a huge gap (there’s still a small one, but my hips are way bigger than my waist so it’s inevitable 😅)
Again such clever ideas! I still have my normal ear phones which a cord as they always pop out of my ears. I can’t handle the feeling of walking and one of the ear pods are falling out. Also love the idea of the strap for your bag. It’s such a cool bag, one that is always in style if you wear it with proud !! ❤ maybe I what be more comfort for your shoulder if you use some bigger beats and maybe a piece of leather between the beats where you put the strap on your shoulder? Just guessing ;) have a beautiful day !
