After method 2 now my computer is stuck on asking me bitlocker code and I can't do anything. I enter the 48 keys code and thei it reboots... going back to asking me the bitlocker code. Please someone help!!
I had a similar issue caused by a windows firmware update which selected RAID mode on the laptop SATA controller. Changing this to AHCI solved the issue. I hope someone will find this useful
