In this drop year, I secured 95 percentile (first of all 12th mein kuch nhi padha tha, drop year mein hi sab padha), and i also knew the fact that, I was so careless in my drop year, and for me BRANCH AND COLLEGE BOTH MATTES, therefore I'm heading for my second drop (I gonna rectify all my mistakes) .... 🙃.... Hope I will make it to top 5 to 6k rank in JEE 2023....✨

I got 97.6 percentile and I am getting calicut mechanical but I am a bit more interested over ece btech and there are a lot of jobs and research towards ece so going towards iiits

I am getting mechanical in NIT JALANDHAR..BUT I GO FOR CSE AT LPU...AND I CAN SEE HOW UT FEELS WHEN U GET DREAM COLLEGE BUT NOT BRANCH
LPU bekar hai . 10000+ ( 10K+ ) students yaha sirf CSE ke hain. Isse achha Bennett university greater Noida ya Shiv Nadar university greater Noida main CSE le with scholarship. Inki placements bahut top ki hai .

Expect CSE / IT/ ECE .. all other engineering branches are just TRASH . Not worth studying and they don’t have High Paying Jobs and no career prospects in future.

Bhai nit rkl k management walon se puchlo kyunki IIIT bbsr mein mera bhai ka electrical hua tha usko batch change karne ka koi assurance nahi diya gaya tha ...aur jab ki uss time seats bahut kam thi wahan and it was just of 3 years then (in 2012).
So better u ask rkl NIT management.

Hi. You said that any branch is best in top NITS. You said minor braches what is that i don't know....
you are now allowed to take a minor branch (around 5 to 7 papers of your choice in CSE, ECE, EEE, etc.,) that might help with placements if you are not that keen on higher study in your core branch. This opens up linking with other branches as an extension .. like CSE students taking few Electronics electives or Chemical students taking few ECE or CSE electives.
