This video gives the benefits of using a RV Solar kit and power inverter for off-grid power. A complete Solar Kit consists of a solar module, a charge controller, PV wire, pure sine inverter and a deep cycle battery.
We discuss connecting the 100 Watt panel kit to charge a battery. Remember, the solar is used to recharge the battery it is connected to and the battery supplies power via the inverter.
Using 5-6 hours of available sunlight, we can dry camp off a sealed lead acid deep cycle battery or AGM battery for extended time. The 100 ah deep cycle battery provides
DC power to our pure sine inverter, allowing usable AC power to run our lights and electronics.

I feel grateful this reconditioning program th-cam.com/users/postUgkxcJ22tnHH9l1vjdIdEIG27iOG55P7LXI8 was started. I had Three dead batteries scheduled for disposing of. Having said that, I tried out reconditioning them and it took me only an hour to do it! It doesn`t matter what type of battery you want, the process works.

The resmed autopap as well as respironics autopap. The units are already D.C. So you just need to go D.C. From battery to D.C. Of your pap machine.you just need the proper connector supplied be the manufacturer.

What are your thoughts on using the specialty MC4 crimper tool, I've been just using my Irwin crimpers but the wire pulls out easily so I have reverted to soldering the tips on..Any opinion?

I bought the renogy 100 watt kit mono and it came with wanderer and I then got confused but bought the Renogy 12v 100 au Rechargeable Deep Cycle Pure Gel Battery. I hope this battery is what I needed and I worry about it being wrong for the system or that gel is wrong? Is it? Can you tell me if what I ordered should be okay ? If it is..then now I need to know about that sine converter and which one to buy.
I am in a minivan doing stealth camping but starting with 1 panel..adding up to 4 on this kit is possible.

The battery should do fine. Keep mind of how much it discharges. The 100 watt kit will only produce about 5amps of recharge power. 12.1 volts is about 50% discharge

I just purchased a 100 watt Thunderbolt solar panel kit and 4 12V, 35Ah Thunderbolt batteries from Harborfreight. The kit comes with 10amp charge controller. Do I need a higher charge controller and if so, what size and kind (PPM/MPPT) should I get? I'm an amateur so I need something that would work without much monitoring after I set it up. Priced around no more than $100. Thanks...

up to 100 amp hr. or it may take more than a day to charge it.

Can’t you run the solar panel into a regular mppt and then to the battery ? Does it have to be a charge controller?

not sure the q, Charge controllers regulate voltage from the pv. MPPT and PWM are two types of charge controllers. Running the panel directly to battery will overcharge the battery
