This song changed my life. This helped me get a better treatment for my med resistant depression and I have never been more grateful for finding NF when I did in 2019.

Because "depression" isn't a chemical imbalance or something to be healed by meds....being depressed is being depressed...it's not this myth of "depression"....
@@donaldpaulson3920 so this is not fully correct. For most people, it IS actually a chemical imbalance - meaning their brains aren’t creating enough serotonin. The treatment I got is called TMS therapy and essentially it trained my brain to create a “normal” amount of serotonin without medication. I wish it was our first line of defense instead of medication because it truly healed me and gave me my life back. So while we shouldn’t boil depression down to just “it’s a chemical imbalance” because that negates that person’s experiences… it doesn’t help to just say that to someone who struggles with it. That’s like telling them there’s no way for them to get better. Meds help a lot of people.

This song hit me on so many levels. As a child I was abused and rejected by the people that I felt were supposed to love me and it took me so many years to finally get out of my comfortable zone of pushing people away to avoid getting hurt. What worked for me was finally giving myself to God because I tried everything else and it never worked. Love the reaction and insights brother 💯

The Story video absolutely has to be watched! It's spoken word. It's like Nate's narrating a short movie.
The song with the corrupted files. Idk if this fixed things but: DO TURN OFF HARDWARE ACCELERATION IN YOUR BROWSER SETTINGS!! Its usually used for sites like netflix to protect copyright work from being streamed screenshotted or recorded by using your gpu to turn every single frame black.
I am sure it is frustrating but please don't give up on the music videos. Stuff like Clouds, Story, Lost etc have such epic videos that doing a lyric video just wouldn't be the same.

He can watch videos on his own time or alit of reactors put a watermark on screen but if the videos are being taken down it's pointless and selfish on your part telling him not to give up on videos if they are wasting his time he's tryin to get through all albums before April 7 Story I would recommend just listen without the video first and let your mind play the video and then watch the video it's an expirence to see how your mind processed what is being heard at least for me it was then when I watched the video I was amazed
@@matthessa.k.aslummy7189 It's not a copyright claim or TH-cam taking down the video. He's saying the file of his recording is being corrupted. And this is a word of encouragement, what if he tries again and figures out a setting was off and all of a sudden everything is fine... Well then everyone is better off. He doesn't have to stress and many NF videos have visuals that clearly enhance the experience. A reaction to Hope without the visuals would be cheating the experience of the reactor. It's not selfish. The tone was clearly positive.
I’m confused why he’s able to do the music videos of other artists but not NF ? But idk I’m not a reactor so idk what they deal with as far as posting and shit
@@LetItBe007 I believe it's just correlation vs causation and he's simply had bad luck. It has to be incredibly frustrating as a reactor. The first take is the only one you get. So when your recording doesn't work, it would very annoying. Hopefully (pun intended) he gets it working.

The most successful changes are driven by inspiration instead of fear. Probably part of why it's not a sad song. Anything approached appropriately has the potential not to be painful in execution. 😶
Their are some big videos that are a must watch even if you don’t get to them until after the album. The paid my dues videos and clouds video and story video are all really amazing.

Make sure you do the music video for TIME. It's not a sunglasses song, more of a emotional one about him and his wife's relationship. It's one of the most creative NF videos ever in my opinion.

I was in the same place you are and had extreme difficulty controlling my anger. I listened to this song on repeat for weeks... it really helped me. The first step is admitting your bs. The next is stopping making excuses for yourself. Way easier said than done. Good thoughts, prayers, and vibes your way!
Make sure to watch the video for STORY and CLOUDS. Incredible cinematography there. Paid My Dues and LOST both have good videos as well. I personally don't mind the longer videos.

I really like how he is bold enough to call himself out. I find I also have a ton of anger inside from my own parental issues, I've found that I cant change without facing the things that I want to avoid most, the thoughts, feelings and memories that I really dont want to acknowledge because it hurts so much. But understanding myself and why I think, feel and act the way I do, and then figure out new mindsets that I need to have and putting in the work to let go of things, change my thoughts, how I respond, and face the things that scare me most like taking the risk of actually trusting other people.

I hate this is happening with the videos, you have seen for yourself how much the videos add. But when you do Story it has to have a video, I promise you will know why when you do it!!
I personally have trouble sleeping in general, I have come to rely on the hub and subsequent hormone high to fall asleep, but when I don't Im hard pressed to find rest. So "every night feels like two weeks" to me is really basic "I can't sleep. My thoughts keep me up. I NEED change"

It's funny that you mentioned Chance the rapper. This album and Chance album came out the same week. NF beat him out for the #1 album. A writer at the Rolling stones was a big Chance fan and got butt hurt that NF beat him out. The writer wrote a scathing review about NF's Search album. NF responded with Paid my dues. You should read the article before you do the reaction to that one

These newer songs are the ones where you start to really see his capability as an artist.
When you do music videos of NF you could edit it… like making the contract lower or making the video flipped or even putting your name in the center of the music video so that you don’t get hit with that corrupted file.
I’ve seen a lot of reactors do that for the same reason. I would guess 99% of people watching has already seen the music video so it won’t bother us, but “Clouds” for instance is a music video you gotta see! Love your reactions and break down bruv 💯
