I started the new year off by doing this workout. Really great! I loved the variety the most. It’s also easy to take some of the high impact moves down to low impact and add some two pound weights for added intensity. Great workout, Tracy!
I did Stratton's leg workout w/ 2 minutes of walking lunges, today I fel every single lunge! I love it!!! I am not sore, but I can feel those muscles worked yesterday!
Last workout of 2024 for me and this was a great one. I love the idea of the 12 minutes of vigorous movement versus the 10,000 steps you can do those just walking normally throughout the day, but getting that vigorous workout at a short burst is great, I am going to try that in the new year! Thank you so much for another great workout!
I completed this after your 30 sculpt thighs and glutes. I'm done. This was so challenging as you always takes me out of my comfort zone with your workouts. I used 12 and 17 lbs for this workout. ❤
Happy New Year! This is a great workout. I burned 367 calories. I didn't have 12 lb weights so I used tens. I did have fives and eights but I didn't use those. I modified some things but I still got a great forgot and a great sweat. Thank you for your channel
