Miguel, Don't forget the rsx short-shifter adapter.
Super Easy bolt-on...which reduces your Element shifter throw by 50%.
Us Manual Element owners have to stick together :)

Hey bud, I just installed the Acuity shifter base bushings (1954) and shifter linkage bushings (1917) and feels a lot different, stiffer and cleaner feel going into gears. Highly recommend it to go with your shifter knob change.
