DPRK's opening speech BalMUN (IMZMUN)

The delegates of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's (DPRK / North Korea) addresses the General Assembly at the 10th Baltic MUN 2017 in Rostock.
DPRK is often perceived as standing for the absolute evil in the world. The delegate of the DPRK wants to convince the General Assembly that the countries that think so are presumptions, that the situation in the DPRK is good, and that their actions are justifiable.

@@Peapeapi It's the Chairs' job to assure that the debate is running smoothly and that Delegates are respectful. If the house (meaning the committee) is out of order, it means that the Chairs are failing with the task.
Keeping this in mind, it also important that the Delegates put efforts in showing respect both to Chairs and to other Delegartes.
