I just got me a blue powder tang. Definitely beautiful to watch swimming around the tank. I have mine in Quarantine right now. I can’t wait to put him in the display tank. Sweet tank and thumbs up!
Mate you are on a roll ;) Awesome - I love the Powder Brown (basically the same). Looking forward to the Yellow Eye - so many great tips - feeding 8 times a day - wow that is great especially with Anthias ;) Still I think the more, smaller, feedings each day is MUCH better.
Leigh White I’m going to try to do one every day on the fish I have in my tank at the moment because I don’t have any personal experience with that fish yet but if I get one in the future I will for sure !!! 😊
Oh I love ALL the Tamarins - from my research they are bad shippers (unless they have some sand to burrow into) as they damage their mouths and are stressed. Marine Collectors (who BRS use for fish) have 2 articles on introducing new fish - one on tangs ;) and the other on leopard wrasse - which would totally apply to Tamarins. (sorry Ian - hope that is ok ;)

I feed my tangs garlic and that helps massively with there immune system

Good information on Powder blue Tang. Do you still have him.
I don’t I had to give him bk to the pet shop when I moved. I had to move to a refer 525 so it wasn’t fair to keep him in a smaller tank.
