Braiding - Four strand square braid

I have searched extensively online to ensure that the one I'm showing you in this video is correct. So far, I know for sure that I am doing a four strand crown knot alternating in clockwise and counter-clockwise direction to form the sinnet. I think this is also the way you do a lanyard square/box stitch. Unless somebody tells me otherwise, I will keep it as is. Let me know what you think!

I used to make these as a kid can't rember now
