      We have one land on my father name with Registration document of 1975.in that document there is no link document number. How can we find out link document number or actual land owner name. There is no seller and boyer boathe are expired. How can we registered that land on our names or how can we get virasath (name changed) that land. Please convey me.

    If a revenue Officer ( VRO or MRO for example) manipulated land records intentionally and he is not correcting them intentionally even after showing registered documents.
    In situation how to file a case in court against revenue employees?
    How can we collect evidence to ensure we win legally?
    Any inputs ?
    Is the cost with in common man's affordable?

    Madam you explained very clearly but there is a wrong at 4:52 , claimants means seller and executant means buyer. Actually claimant means buyer and executant means seller.

    Explained very well but when it comes to the practical. None of the subregistrar employees will guide us to take property,nor they suggest us. Only document writers or brokers will rule in it. Only recommendation people will be given preference. Will be done. BROKERS ARE EARNING LOTS OF MONEY

    Madam, in 1995 my father bought a land from a person of 50 cents , during registration they mentioned two survey numbers of 35 , 15 cents each , but now I seen that 15 cents land is not belongs to the particular person , 15 cents belongs to another person , so how can I get the land back because it is only showing 35 cents on my father name

    Madam మాది govt on ల్యాండ్. మా డాడీ వాళ్ళ కి giftga ఇచ్చారంట. ఇప్పుడు డాకుమెంట్స్ ఏమీ లేవు. మా పెద్దనాన్న వాళ్ళు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకున్నారు ( maybe వాళ్ళ దగ్గర old డాకుమెంట్స్ ఉండొచ్చు). మా డాడీ చనిపోయాడు ఇప్పుడు మా డాడీ ల్యాండ్ మాకు రావాలంటే ఏమిచెయ్యాలి మేడం. ల్యాండ్ డాకుమెంట్స్ ఏమి లేవు.
