I'm having an issue where my Worker sling swivel isn't long enough to screw into the nut. Where did you get your sling swivel? And is there another kind I could get that's long enough to reach the nut?
Looks like I uploaded the wrong version of this part on Thingiverse. Sorry about that! The correct version(_v2) of the sling point model is on thingiverse now. It does stink that you had to print the part to find out it's the wrong one... You might be able to heat up the nut with a lighter and melt it into the PLA to save yourself from printing the entire thing over again.
For the side mounted shell carrier, yes. Specifically you'd only *need* the "barrel coupler" and "handle frame A" parts of model 5. Those two parts have new mounting holes on the left side of the blaster. None of the other parts in this video are dependent on the model 5 Spring Thunder files.
@@ehdrien1094 It's unfortunate that I ordered my spring thunder before version 5 came out after reading all the other improvements. Makes me consider getting a 3D printer to update mine myself and make the parts you posted.
@@DraconisMarchVII If it makes you feel better, I just recently finished my v7 Pigeon build. Had no idea that v8 was happening(possibly very soon) and it looks like a complete overhaul. Happens to all of us ;)
