Ok,where do I start?? I like the house overall a few things I don't like the placement of the fireplace just seems odd and out of place maybe they would've placed it by the TV wall.i love the landscaping and considering it's been very dry clearly someone has been working hard in watering it on a regular basis it's fresh looking 🤣🤣lol,but the random plants in the center again seem odd...with that price a pool would be appreciated.As for the entryway I feel the marble effect or tiles on both floor and walls is a bit over used 🙄🙄🙄makes it look busy a plain coloured on either or would've been a better option.As for the main kitchen I like the built appliances you know my love for dishwashers 😉😂.I love the oversized island..The family room is abit on the smaller size although considering there's a home theater it's workable...Finally the tiles in the bathroom's are great love that they match as for the master closet I love it,makes it look like a high end boutique 👍👍👍.love it
For 250 million I expected a heated pool and a home theatre

This developer thought of everything. That elevator comes in handy for people with mobility issues,beautiful, functional kitchen, the unfinished media room is an amazing concept but what will always be a selling point, at least in my humble opinion, beautiful landscape!That never goes out of style and always makes a property stand out. You know a house is top tier when it's so gorgeous yet it's not complete yet 🔥🔥🔥. Very well executed modern design, spacious and luxurious. The private elevator is a great choice. The tiles around the foyer area (walls and floor) give the house character right from the entrance 😍. The front garden is so beautiful and spacious,the fountain design is amazing and perfectly placed. The tree art on the living room walls ❤️. The kitchen is just wow... chef's kiss 😘. I'm not usually a fan of wooden stairs but these ones are so elegant because of the lighting feature. The bathrooms are so simple and luxurious all thanks to the beautiful tiles. Big fan of the balconies in almost every room. The master bedroom is exactly how a master bedroom should be; like a presidential suite on steroids. Very spacious, luxurious, beautiful balcony views,plenty of storage,classy closet design, gorgeous and spacious master bathroom. Whoever selected the tiles all through the house understood the assignment 💯💯💯👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿. The roof top is my favourite part of the house,(closely followed by the kitchen). Beautiful views, spacious and functional. The flowers and plants compliment it perfectly.
However,I'm very disappointed by the lack of a swimming pool. I think it would've been the icing on the cake and the perfect bow to wrap this house up as one of the best. A jacuzzi would've been a good choice too. A home gym is a no brainer for this price point.
