  • The Moments villa is absolutely stunning! Honestly, this is definitely my favourite house tour so far! There are so many details to fall in love with. The interior decoration by Lehem Interiors is exceptional and creates such an intentional home. The developers, Canaan Developers built such a solid product! Karim who handled the visualisation; renders, videography, photography killed it! I would really love to know what your favourite ‘Moment’ was? Interior garden maybe? Atrium? Cinema?? I still haven’t decided.

1.7 or 1.5 million USD??? It’s nice, buts it’s not 1.7 Mil nice. It doesn’t have a pool, the kitchen is not high end at all. I know one thing now, Kenyan’s are rolling in the doe. Bro, even as a tourist, I would not buy this property. You are paying $1.7 mil and your neighbours are so close. I don’t see a beach or anything near by and the surrounding areas don’t look like anything special. I’m interested to see what Kenyan residents think about this? I’m also from the African subcontinent, and you can get better for that price, way better value, with everything I mentioned above that this is missing. Loved to watch the tour though.

As an American, I really appreciated the tour. $1.7 million USD is a lot of money! Average Americans definitely can't afford that. As we say here in the USA, real estate and pricing is all about: "Location, Location, Location." However, it's quite clear these villas are marketed to a certain clientele. I haven't seen anything on this type of scale, design level of detail, and elegance in Accra. Also, the infrastructure appears better in this part of Nairobi. If you're going to sell to ex-pats or Americans, we want elegant neighborhoods. Streetscaped, tree-lined streets, and not dirt roads, with grass weeds and visible sewage, you have the audacity to put $500,000 on the home, like Accra. We're just not used to not having the infrastructure and surroundings to complement an asking price, no matter what's the price. It's a new construction. I get the zoning regulations are obviously different, but you can clearly see this neighborhood and its surroundings are catering to a clear upper-class resident. Paved, tree-lined streets and nice landscaped gardens, in the middle of the city. I haven't come close to seeing anything like this in Accra's so-called upscale neighborhoods. It just "appears" that Nairobi is a bit more advanced infrastructure-wise, at least in this neighborhood. Very nice homes! Beautiful neighborhood!

it's a delight to see & yes, yes, of course 👍🙂 their clientele demographic are the very wealthy!😯this is clear and it's priced in US dollars because that's the official world reserve currency. but his business is from the beginning, definitely, targeted towards the top-of-the-food-chain-rich of the world.
it's just fun to see what a good, QUALITY project in & build in Kenya/Africa *can* look like. as many Africans will tell us & just as you & also the hostess mentioned, it's an issue in much of the continent - including in her home nation of Ghana, in general vs. only Accra.
and without attachment, for those who want to, we're all allowed to dream and so glad there's nothing wrong with enjoying beautiful, quality real estate, which exists at all 'levels' of material/home living & price points.
and at the end of the day, no matter where, more than the nation/location, quality is determined by the design, architecture & build team. hire the services of someone/a business of integrity like those interviewed wherever the land will support a good build, quality real estate can be built anywhere. as no contractor needs to bypass building codes or do the bare minimum and it's obvious Canaan Developers doesn't do either of those things.🙌🏾🙇🏾‍♀

I totally agree. It's definitely not worth 1.7 mill to an American. The kitchen is very small. Have two still doesn't equal the type of kitchen you'd get in America. The landscaping doesn't do anything for a home that's almost 2 mill. Rooms are very small. I'm assuming it's very nice for natives but not American expats.

The only thing what is not attractive on this villa, would be the space outside.
