Very informative. Getting my first cam and this points me in the right direction.

Good video and something all hunters who purchase game cameras need to know. One thing I think you could have added that would be beneficial is the class size of the SD card. Just as you show in your video, your SD cards are class 4.....and so are mine. I have 2 game cameras (Moultrie M-880 and StealthCam G30) Both have Sandisk class 4 cards which are both 32GB in size. Pretty much all cameras out now shoot video in HD or 1280 x 720. The Sandisk class 4 cards are recommended to take HD in 720 x 480. The standard (blue) Sandisk SD card in class 10 only holds 16gb at a maximum. You have to go up to the Sandisk Ultra in order to get a 32gb class 10 card......however I don't even know if that is supported in game cameras. I know for a fact just as you do that the Standard (blue) Sandisk cards work flawlessly in game cameras. I think testing the class of the Sandisk card and informing your viewers of the difference in video would really benefit and provide a helpful hint when trying to buy certain game cameras. Thanks for the post.

That's the brand that I use in some of them will no longer take pictures anymore does it have something to do with the dip switch on the side of the cartridge

I have a Denver WCT-5003 trail cam, and I'm using Sandisk SDHC 32gb, and when I put in the SD card, it says "Card error", I have set the SD card to "unlock". And when I "lock" the card, it doesnt say any error. But I cannot store any pictures or movies on the SD card..
I've also tried with another SDHC card that works on my Nikon camera, into the trailcam. Still says "Card Error".
    Any advice?

+Alex Strand have you tried re formatting the cards ? That usually helps

Try formatting the sd card in your Nikon camera and then put it in your trail cam. That worked for me when I had an issue once
