The eLine is very hard to snap, because it’s very strong - over 50 lbs of breaking strength and all of the connection points are knotless, so there’s no reduction in strength due to knots. You just run a leader line that’s weaker than the eLine (we usually use 30lb mono or fluoro) so that if you get hung up, you just break the leader and recover the camera. If you do break the eLine, replacement eLines and cameras will be reasonably priced.
@@Raeilgunne the camera is just barely positively buoyant. We tend to add a little bit of weight to it to get it below the surface for most applications.

is the camera neutral buoyancy? Even if not this seems great for bait presentations that wouldn't require it.
