Chez, something I've wanted to ask... In many of your workouts, you split things up into sets. So many sets of 25 pushups. Until you get to 100, or 200. Do you ever do more pushups in a set? Why not 20? Why not 30? Do you ever get to that last grinding rep? Do you always keep your set ranges into a "doable" range so it's never slower, more exhausting reps?
When I first started out, I had to just man it!!! I ran track in high school so that time period helped to condition my legs. But, the first 2 weeks of track were horrible due to shin splints. A lot of tiger balm and just getting used to it
