How to make easy homemade spicy salsa with chile de arbol tostado

I’m not a cook or chef, I’m just a guy that likes salsa. Homemade salsa is so much better than store bought stuff. I learn how to do things from you tube, so hopefully you will too.
I’ve added other spices, herbs, and a few other things and have found simple is good. I don’t like sweet salsas, or fruity salsas.
