That worked! There was definitely something plugging the little hole. Once it was out I could see a lot more sun light. Used my compressor to blow some air through to make sure as well. Thanks for the tip.

Guys, just get the 32oz Insecticide or fungicide hose sprayer (4$-9$etc) and use those bottles for your liquid applications. Pointless buying expensive plain bottles that do the same thing. Also each bottle will cover about 5k sqft..

Hey Doc! I found a great new super juice! My house came within 4 inches of flooding in hurricane Florence and in the last week since the North East Cape Fear River receded from my Princess 77 Bermuda lawn I just planted this spring, it has grown an inch per day. It is twice as thick as before the storm. What we call a toxic sludge of flood water to my lawn was apparently a super juice of peat tea, nitrogen, nutrients and whatever my soil needed. Silver linings right!?
Foxie, Foxie!! She is trying So hard being a very furry fur baby while mixing up the super juice and mowing with a bagger. Foxie supervised 5 huge dump truck of dirt with no weeds in it as well as the drive was being graveled again. Foxie has to go without a new lamb chop because of the cost of her new front yard but she will be the only fur baby who will hold her head high next summer. So please pick us:)

Gilbert Otero that weed killer is probably weakening your good grass. The best way to choke out those weeds is to strengthen the grass. I have Bermuda. No weed killer. I pull weeds by hand (yes, I know. Not ideal to most. But not many weeds to pull, honestly) & fertilize the grass 3 times a year in the spring/ summer. And due to the fertilizing I only water once a week. My grass is thicker & more green than all neighbors & they all water twice a week. Hope i didn’t just tell you a bunch of stuff you already know. I have a lot of Kentucky blue, sun and shade grass. I also have snow mold on my lawn every spring, it has to be mulched to remove. Then I add weed and feed mixed with milorganite. But can't do any of that until the ground temp gets up to 50 degrees. I live in upper lower michigan and new plants can't be planted until the end of may. Winter can so fast last year that I did not do my last fertilizer. So any ideas to help?

Hey Doc- I am having a new 24 ft above ground pool set up this summer hopefully and they will have to do some digging. So I thought instead of having the dirt hauled off I would spread it out on my lawn ( because it is unlevel ) and then sow grass. Do I need to put grass seed down first and then fertilizer and then water. My husband did all the yard work but has passed and I don't know anything about what to do first. I would love to have a nice looking lawn around the pool. Any advice you can give will be appreciated.

You can... but you will see a thin layer of "mold" when you open it after time. It comes off with a stick... and not harmful. It's just very RICH and therefore any spores will grow.
Hi Doc! I love your videos and just finally subscribed. I bought a couple of Hudson sprayers and they have worked well for the most part, however they have stopped picking up fluid. I screened the juice and one didn’t even have humic in it so I don’t really know why it stopped. I haven’t had time to really troubleshoot the issue. Maybe you could address that in a short video. Remove the top and the straw. Go into the sunlight. Watch the HOLE as you turn the dial. I have seen on one of them that I can turn the opening PAST the hole point. So instead of turning ALL the way on... turn until it goes color.

I'm 25 miles outside of Buffalo. I used Tenacity. 1 teaspoon of Tenacity, 2 teaspoons baby shampoo as surfactant into 1 gallon water. Apply with pump sprayer. Go light with Tenacity, it is very strong and a little goes a long way. It takes 3 to 4 weeks to die but it works, weeds and crabgrass gone. You may also want to throw down some pre-emergent.

Yes and no... it may need to be applied at a certain dilution to be effective. I have in the past with decent results but just keep in mind the mix strengths.

What type of grass do you have now? If it's Bermuda then no. If it's fescue then the seeding really needs to be done in the fall for best results.

When you "water in," do you just go back and spray with water at the same pace? (Is that also how you would "water in" spray/liquid pre emergent?)

Super Juice is a "supplement" which is very mild. You can apply any time.

I can answer the dye question.... its so you can visual tell where you have sprayed. This helps to reduce overage and wasted time, and product.
