250 goat trotters ( goat legs )
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 onion
1-2 green chilies
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pepper powder
some whole spices
1 tbsp desi ghee

My neighbour and good friend is a Muslim brother who specially went out of the way amidst lockdown and procured payas and made soup for my covid battling parents who are elderly citizens. He said "Janab aap unhe soup pilaayein, inshallah sab theek ho jayega". I also tasted some and it looked exactly similar in presentation and helped them as well.
