Laying in the hospital for over 2 weeks and these Greg a videos are great for passing time! Keep em coming! Also when I replace decking on semi trailers I always kept a cup of water next to me and cooled down the drill bit after every hole drilled
Awesome to have silent Mike on the channel. You guys are making a ton of progress working together. Always helps to have someone with the same level of knowledge and investment in what you're doing
Sweet man fun job. I just did this to a 48 foot flatbed trailer for semi.. Keep up the videos guys love watching yall its nice to get away and watch yall.
Awesome awesome video Greg A, new deck looks sick on the PJ! You and Silent Mike did a fantastic job on redoing it. Looks like a brand new trailer, ready for the next many many miles of memories with the next owners.
I have done 100s of decks, cut the boards in the middle and put a floor jack underneath to pry the deck up. Then use the mega sledgehammer to break the torque screws. Next you can cut your boards 1.5 in longer than the deck and use a large 2x12 to bow the wood in half hit it with a sledgehammer so it slides in and use SELF TAPPING deck screws. In our dry state even with a deck oiled if the trailer deck is not overlapping on each side it will shrink and bow up.
I never enter to win truck giveaways or buy lottery tickets. But I entered to win this because I generally could use it! Love the useful giveaways! Keep up the good work!
I support you Diesel Brother from another ! You do good things for everyone by giving away stuff. You make us poor people have hope for something better :)
How to replace the deck on a trailer: Cut a hole on each side and take a chain and wrap it around all the boards then proceed to hook up to the bucket of a loader and rip them off. That’s what I’ve found to be the best way 😂🤣 It not only kills drill bits it also kills drills. There’s a hell of a lot of holes to screw down a deck.
Greg should put the Wrench Workz Logo on the wood of the deck like some guys are doing it. Not sure if needed for tax deduction or not. But advertising for sure!!
A receipt is all you need for tax write off. For some reason people think its a requirement to put your business name or logo on all vehicles which only dot # is required to display if needed. just to clear that up
On the past two or three trailers I have done I drill holes in the trailer frame and drive either stainless or coated wood screws up from underneath into the wood that way the screw never corrodes to the steel and when you go to replace it you are just have to pull the screws out of the wood. It also looks super clean because you don’t see fasteners from the deck
When 2 friends have different brand trucks," is that a vacume cleaner" 💀💀💀 the jokes back and forth are Money! Great Job great content as always real life!!!
Shoot if ya haven't burned the old deck. Get ya a wood plainer clean up the good pieces and keep it for another project or make ya some shelving to put products on
We usually break the boards off then cut and grind the old deck screws down and redrill the holes. Atleasr thats how its done on semi trailers Local place here now sells self drilling trailer deck screws. Saves on bits and time
Diamond C probably used a deck Screw Gun used in construction on decks and floors. If you ever need one you can rent them from local tool rentals. You can find the screws at home depot. The gun is stronger, leval and the screws go in the depth.
Could have numbered boards before removal (then match to new for holes), then bolt, wash, & nylock for future replacement ( no added holes in frame for rust or other).. Stay Safe
Fastnal has better drill bits than Lowe's JS, the cheap ones don't last if the it wernt for the wood I'd say use some oil on them bits but you'll have to be careful not to get it on the deck!
All for $10 you can have this trailer sitting in your driveway because you own a Pontiac , and in ten years when you can afford a truck to tow this trailer . You can scrap it because it’s been sitting for so long .. lol will a truck lid accept a goose neck hitch for this ?? Anyone ?
Whoever wins this trailer is gonna get something that was cared for...seriously a great piece of equipment here folks.
Time for a lawn delete and widen the driveway
Greg A says as Michael leaves in his F-450, "Is that a vacuum cleaner?" LMFAO!!!!
Laying in the hospital for over 2 weeks and these Greg a videos are great for passing time! Keep em coming!

I feel like that is the most Greg A thing ever. Gets mud on the tires of his trailer "IT IS DESTROYED HAHA"
New boards make it look new. Nice trailer
Awesome to have silent Mike on the channel. You guys are making a ton of progress working together. Always helps to have someone with the same level of knowledge and investment in what you're doing

He said “is that a vaccine cleaner” 😂👀😂
Been beautiful in western Kentucky hasn't it Greg? Loving it
You should get the logo branded on the wood!!! It would look so killer
Greg turning a trailer around in his driveway reminds me of a great line from the Tommy Boy movie, “fat guy in a little coat” lol RIP Chris Farley

The 08 sounds soooo good🤤🤤
I work at b&b trailers in iowa and when i started thats what i did was floor trailers. It alot easier when there new and can just drill new holes
Looks awesome
Did good job on the trailer
We usually break the boards off then cut and grind the old deck screws down and redrill the holes.
Atleasr thats how its done on semi trailers

Was scrolling through old videos... Then went to Jesse's instagram. I miss your OG crew Greg.
Diamond C probably used a deck Screw Gun used in construction on decks and floors. If you ever need one you can rent them from local tool rentals. You can find the screws at home depot. The gun is stronger, leval and the screws go in the depth.
Wow great fit and finish guys! I don’t know what I would do with it but I hope I win it lol
what will you use for wood sealer???
I respect everything you do, except you need to get yourself a pair of Heavy D Sparks cowboy boots🙂
Never going to happen 🤣
So, what does Diamond C use for timber, oak, apitong, etc ?
Awesome Guys👍
Could have numbered boards before removal (then match to new for holes), then bolt, wash, & nylock for future replacement ( no added holes in frame for rust or other)..

Trailers looking good! Hope I win
Mix oil and diesel it’ll keep that would for years
Or just stain it?
Exact way we replaced a gooseneck floor. Killed alot of drill bits. Lol
Hey Greg down in Murfreesboro tn at Piedmont we have sales on those size tires and we do excellent care
Curious, I don’t know if it’s been mentioned in previous videos. What is the weight of the old trailer?
What type of lumber did you use? Thanks
What kind of lumber did you use and where did you purchase @?
I want that trailer ever since I started watching the videos way back ...
That Ford sounds like Dyson turbo vacuum lol
I do like they were worried about rain with a giant covered building in the background 🤣
Dont forget the anti-seaze on the fastners
Silent Mike anti seized the torx screws in the pj factory 🏭 in anticipation of this day
Silent Mike needs to make trip down to Mexico.......
I think his f450 has already been to mexico
Nice new decking bud but to last a long time each board shouldve been stained....
How many miles does the extended cab first gen ??
Greg step up that driveway game brother. Thinking next mod is widening the driveway and entrance.
Why not use treated lumber?
Love the videos, my channel got demonetized today.
Was curious why you didn’t just buy a Semi Flatbed Drop Trailer and use the Pete to tow the trucks around?
So you mentioned wanting black wheels on the new trailer, does that mean those nice polished ones are going on the giveaway?
Where do we sign up for the drawing
Nice!!
Fastnal has better drill bits than Lowe's JS, the cheap ones don't last if the it wernt for the wood I'd say use some oil on them bits but you'll have to be careful not to get it on the deck!
Definately caught a break getting hooked up with the lumber. Prices have skyrocketed since the pandemic started.
Does aims oil have break in oil
What's the price tag on trailer like that dude
You need a black shop dog Greg 🐕
Just ordered me a tee-shirt from the site cantwait to get it
I want it By
Do some work to the Peterbilt!
Ali took Greg A in to the shop for a talking to!
Is that a vacuum cleaner 😂😂
Excuse me, why are there Dewalt tools being used? What happened to all the love for Milwaukee?
Ok I'm being impatient I JUST ordered my stuff and I mean today like 10 minutes ago and I want it now!! Just kidding I know it will be here.
When will we see more content on the second channel?!
Reflector stickers are backwards.......
Red goes to the rear
Massive
If I win that trailer would you deliver it with the 08 I love that truck
Hoover deluxe 😂😂😂
It's a hair dryer 😄
Should have used treated lumber, or pre-sealed everything.
Pretty sure the boards were treated I could be wrong though... Sealing over the treated wood just acts as another layer of protection.
