Fascinated by this, all the equipment the technical skills, etc. My mind wandered back to a simpler time when as a lad I would sit by a riverbank with my split cane 7 ft rod, centrepin reel, juicy worm on a 12 hook, porcupine quill float, waiting with heart beating faster for that first bob. absolute joy
people who have given this video the thumbs down are not deadicated fisherman.lee is one of the best anglers in the country by farr ,great video lee and others.
Congratulations and thanks to Des, Lee and Michael, great representatives of Preston Innovation. a pleasure to see them promote with joy our feeder fishing passion. Hello from France.
Big thanks to PI and the team for this video. Hugely informative, and the professional presentation and the enthusiasm of the team make it very watchable.
When staying clipped up on the feeder are you not worried about big carp taking a run and breaking either the line clip or the line that's under the clip?
Really enjoyed this with Des, lee and Michael, 3 top anglers. The breakdown and packed info is well thought out and brilliant to help everyone to improve there fishing, many thanks Preston, this type of vlog I thoroughly enjoy, tight lines 👍
Top man an a top fisherman love learning from the best....just wondering dess theres a few commercials in preston, Lancashire have you fish any of them..if ot give a go you wont be dissappointed
really enjoyed this my biggest problem i bring to much bait and i hate wasting it carp fishing is not a problem but if am fishing for silver bream skimmers i dont no what to do with it all any ideas
Question for Michael please. What would be the longest distance you would fish with the 520 Centris before changing to a bigger reel. As looking at the Daiwa tdr 19 25 qd. Reels in same amount of line per turn of the handle as the 520. 95cm. Is it worth using a bigger reel or sticking with my 520’s. Love these reels, I have a 320, 2x 420’s & 2x 520,s. Cheers John
Really enjoyed the video, but why do you need to use a keepnet on these vids. Surely fish that size should be caught and released saves on a bit of extra stress don’t you think?
Hi , having only just watched the first 15 mins I noticed that Des makes up his groundbait first then does his pellets. My question is would it benefit the groundbait if you used the water from the pellets to put in the groundbait due to the pellets giving off some some taste/flavour????
is it possible to give me the productcodes of the whole butt rest system he uses in the first 30 min of the video. i find the buttrest him self but the system i can't find. Thx
Hi guys great video. Can you tell me what shore Michael was fishing on Garadice ??? 2friends and I off to Ireland on 9 May for 10 days. We are all in our 60’s and going to be baiting and fishing Garadice every evening. Looks a nice easy bank for us as we don’t do boxes or in the 💦 sitting. Cheers John
Great vid lads thanks. One question please Lee.. How do the fish lose the feeder if you get a cut-off or break as you're connecting and changing the feeder using a lead clip? Maybe it's something I've missed!
Quite right Lee "where's me brew" A man after my own heart.. priorities..🤣🤣 Quite right Des " Fit as a fucking butchers dog." 🤣🤣 Fair play lads love the outtakes always a good laugh at the end... perfect entertainment lads...

nowt like "shooting pig's in barrels" conditioned fish repeatedly dragged out... cmon guys tighten your lines and let's get back to the wonder days of Nudd and Wilson! x peace and tight lines!
Too much Absolutlie Brillant 😉, great info video btw 👍 Save nets for the fish in esp tamme commercial carp, 2 times stress and damage. Its all about the money at the end of the day Really not done also the commercial bad rules 👎like garbage in the bag dumping too Big no no some day you learn how respect the fish Really

Brilliant video, thanks for all the info.
Most of the time if I go fishing If I catch something I feel quite lucky, are commercial fisheries packed with fish and are they easier to catch
Very informative video, thanks for sharing
Thanks from italy
Well , leaves a lot to be desired for my fishing . On the other hand I'm happy and love learning . Thanks preston 😊

Good job👍
Well done bob .
Good ol des 😊
What was the bag called that he added to the pellets to help them stick better???
Sonusbaits pellet and groundbait binder or you can use sticky pellet powder
@@leescarborough1678 or even ovaltine or horlicks.. much cheaper buddy.
Simon price good shout👍
Really enjoyed the video, but why do you need to use a keepnet on these vids. Surely fish that size should be caught and released saves on a bit of extra stress don’t you think?
Finally, someone is reusing the pellets water. GJ!!!
is he going to fish or is he moving? do you need a van full of equipment nowadays?
What swivel does lee use to connect hook length to the elasticated feeder

I will ask Michael and find out the info for you.
Preston Innovations Hi. Any luck with Michael for which shore he was fishing please. As we are off tomorrow. Yipee😃😃👍
Brilliant video. Thank you
Is there a ten foot six feeder rod in the Preston range.
Not currently.
How many times do they have to transition the camera . . . 🙄
Can u get away with 6 lbs line. You said 8 ?
6lb line is perfectly fine. Des has always used heavier just for the extra confidence but the 6lb is extremely strong too.
I chuck 30g feeders with 4lb Maxima and never had any problems.
What size shoes do you take
uk 12s
@@hedgerowpete
Really lol.....
I'm new to method feeder fishing and was wondering why you cast too the opposite bank, is it no good in the middle of the lake?
Yes it can be for sure. all depends on the venue really.
Goed video
Shame you are plugging the pellet wetters but they're discontinued. Would love one of them
Max Baker Middy sells a pellet wetter looks the same as Preston’s
@@shed43a thanks bud. will have a look for it
we have a new updated model arriving soon :)
Why would you use a bomb for fishing, won’t that kill the fish?
Didn't know you could use dry groundbait to plug the feeder?
It still needs a touch of moisture, but it is almost completely dry.
Great vid lads thanks. One question please Lee.. How do the fish lose the feeder if you get a cut-off or break as you're connecting and changing the feeder using a lead clip? Maybe it's something I've missed!
Is this a commercial disguised as info, or real info with some commercial content?
Is this a stupid question asked seriously or a serious question asked stupidly?
I am gonna grind to join the team and make videos
06:48 Give them a quick thing! Awesome lol
In hungary 100+ meters chuck is common
Quite right Lee "where's me brew" A man after my own heart.. priorities..🤣🤣
Quite right Des " Fit as a fucking butchers dog." 🤣🤣

ide love to be a fisherman but ive only got one arm.
& it helps if there's only you on the lake.
Thank you for your video ! I hope you have subtitle so non-English angler can understand better.

Pointing the rod at the feeder, at some stage during the bite and strike, the rod will be more direct and prone to breakage.

Why 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Each angler has their own style, there's no right or wrong way.
В каком году фильм снимали?
cracking clip lee, weres your pellet wetter
Ser.bian subtitle plz.
Mushrooms and fish my two passions
F 1 pellets all the way for me great smell wanna eat them myself but they forbid it to do so bummer
why do u pull the rod bk when u cast out ? 😫🤔😂
It's to hit the clip nicely and cushion the feeder into the water to reduce the noise.
@@UKprestoninnovations ahh I see so it's like an absorber 👌🏻
Why do these top anglers always open groundbait bags with their teeth?😂
Думаю сначала надо было залить пеллет, а потом на этой воде замешивать сыпучую прикормку
Hello superb video !!!
the top would be a translation;)
Hello from France
Unfortunately all these videos are all about promoting bait and tackle which are well out of the normal anglers pocket range
Hungarian subtitle PLSPLSPLS! :(

what??????
che se portato tutta casa ,ce pure la moglie e il cane sul carrello
don't you anglers in the uk have to worry about turtles? they are a complete nuisance here in the U.S. when feeder fishing.
only ninjas
Only Ninjas & American crayfish
sous-titre français ? ?👎
Good video, Des, but PLEASE don't use your teeth to open bags. One day you will regret it like I did.
Is backwind on when rig is in place waiting for bite?
