@@exsanguinator In italian is "gioco" (play) in mechanical sense. I am referring to the mechanical play in the twisting of the drive shaft. Simply take the shaft at the ends and alternate the direction of rotation on both sides.
I suppose... but definitely nothing wrong with direct drive, this pedal is going strong, definitely best pedal for the price out there now, till maybe, one saves up for an acd or trick pedal if you wanted one of those,
Thank you for posting this video. I clicked your link to order one of these dbl pedals, but as I started the order process it says I must order a minimum quantity of 10. That can't be right. Did you have to speak to them in order to get them to send you one dbl pedal? TIA
John thank you I tried again. The order form said my address was too many characters exceeding 35. But it's only 27 and I couldn't order it. If you have a good way to contact them, I'll try again. Thank you again for your help.@@exsanguinator
I'm in the USA. I just tried again and it let me go further, still it didn't go through. I think it's now my bank suspecting fraud. or something. I'll try to sort it all out tomorrow during banking hours. Thank you much.
Weight is 378 grams. I don't have the trick or acd pedals to weigh those shafts. I would hope, that for the prices you pay for those more expensive pedals, the shafts would be a bit heavier and much better quality than this one, I have no complaints on this Leo pedal though, for the price they sell for ... no one should complain, I've used it for nearly 12 months now, if you play metal.. get it now, or save up for a trick, ACD or Czarcie Copyto. If anyone has trick/pearl z link, ACD shafts etc can you please weigh them and let all of us know?
Hello, the cardan shaft have some mechanical backlash or it's zero ? Thanks a lot for the answer.
I'm not sure what you mean.
The shaft works great, no delay, I've also tried it on my other pedal, heaps better

yes, definitely no play like a normal shaft without bearings
Thanks a lot, do you know the weight too?
@@francesco7215 no, I haven't weighed the drive shaft sorry
Would be nice if they offered strap drive. Good job pointing out the design flaws. I think a symmetrical design would be better like the ACD Darwin
