  • Hello! To work on my routine and discipline, I’m doing twelve weeks of military style prep training. Today was day seventeen so there’s 75 more days to go. I had taken some good clips today so I really wanted to edit a nice video but I was so exhausted I kept falling asleep while making it that I just gave up and threw everything togheter to get something out on time. I hope you’re having a great day, see you tomorrow!

    The most important rhing is to go out. Even if you only do 1 set instead of 50. You keep the habit running and that is more important then the reps.
