We all need a break sometimes! I'd also never feel obligated to upload to TH-cam; if it's not a net positive, then it's probably best to hold off for a bit.

Hey, don't beat yourself up about needing a rest sometimes, especially if you're going to spend the time with loved ones. However, do make an effort to stay/get back on track, even if it's just in small ways (spontaneous pushups, walks - even if it's just to get groceries - are a great idea!). Also, do try to get enough sleep. It makes the other stuff a whole lot easier. Think about why you started this in the first place and how good it'll feel to make even more progress towards your goal. Try to keep that in mind!

I wholeheartedly support you and your decision you should ALWAYS avoid feeling stressed out and I will argue with anyone who has a problem with you taking a brake and enjoying yourself, but you should still as you said, not strictly, but exercise a bit!

It seems right to me to make this decision if you wish. It is important to listen to the body. It's incredible when you start to see how important the hours of sleep and what we eat are and the effect it has on our day-to-day routine. 🖤

I know you were talking while walking but always breathe through your nose. It's a small thing to change but it helps a lot. Your lungs get more, better quality, filtered air when you nose breathe. We only have the capability to breathe through our mouths as an evolutionary precaution. I know this comment is a bit blunt. But if you're on a path of becoming a better, healthier you then small steps, such as simply changing how you breathe, can make a huge difference in the long run.
