I watched the match live last night on ESPN ( in English 🤣) and in the second half, Wrexham had so many chances to make it 3-1 but just couldn’t pull the trigger.
I don't mind listening in the Spanish as they are very lively and enthusiastic LOL No idea other than when they screamed goal what they were saying though hahah
So we just watched highlights from a football match between two professional teams from the U.K. played in California. Plus the play by play was done by Spanish reporters for their audience. Truly a game with international appeal! For some added sports fun check out 'Hockey Night in Canada in Punjabi' 😀

Not much offense in the first half by WXM but it looks like they are solid defensively. 2nd half was much better offensively but definitely need another quality striker (absence of Mullin and Lee huge factor). A draw against this team is a huge mental victory.
It's lovely to watch the highlights even though I was there supporting our mighty red army in the wrexham supporter's section! I even saw that Scoot from the Declan Swans was a few rows above me! All in all I had a fantastic time especially as it's been almost 30 years since I saw my last sports game live. My friend's husband, a Sunderland fan, even started chanting "Ref's a wanker" a bit which I thought was funny but very apt.
Mate they led 2-1, the highlights also showed a very convincing 2nd half, though I wonder if Chelsea also put on all their subs in the 2nd half. Marriott's goal was smooth as
Wrexham played in front of 50,000 fans last night (this morning for UK) and ticket sales were over $5,000,000. That’s more than the Red Dragons club is currently worth. Crazy right guys?
Great crowd and experience for them. In 2024 Shaun Harvey said our value had gone from 2 million to 9 million pounds. Now we are in league one I think we can definitely add a few million more on to it. But it is crazy because I would never have imagined Wrexham playing in the USA in front of crowds like this.
