I though you might want to know a quick tip that was told to me when I got my cast iron, acidic food like raw tomatoes, lemon etc can make the food taste bitter because it’s starting to break down the non stick seasoning (baked on oil layer that makes cast iron amazing) And that everything looks amazing as always ☺️✨🔥

Excellent what abetweene ate in a week. I find doing grocery shopping without a list for me isn't practical because I will impluse buy and over spend which means it's not budget friendly. Love 🥰 the video.
it wont stop the foam but it will catch excess pulp. if u store your juice though to drink later the foam will dissapate. Its just aerated liquid so itll change back if u give it time.

You can so do it! Vegan is actually easier than vegetarian IMO. You end up getting a whooole more variety of foods, flavours and textures rather than just reverting to eggs and cheese. Here to help if ever you need it!

i put energy into my food because that’s what im consuming; energy. if i want this avatar to carry me thru what will hopefully be many decades, i have to invest the way i would anything else i’d hope to gain from. if youre short on time or feel inept, practice does wonders. You can set aside 1-2 hours on Sunday to prep your meals for the remainder of the week or next few days. But also these dishes dont necessarily take very long to prepare. Filming them on the other hand is a different story 😂

I love a green drink, but I think juicing takes away the nutrients of the foods (skin of fruits and vegetables)
those nutrients are being pressed from the skin as well as the fruit, but as u can see i dont disgard the fiber and eat that as well.

I’m Latin and I highly recommend mixing tomato squares into your guacamole. You should also use a little bit of crushed garlic and some olive oil
theres garlic but i dont prefer tomato in my guac (or the muddy color it causes) but will gladly eat it along side some pico de gallo 👍🏽
