I really appreciate the outdoor, hands in pockets, etc. shots of the watch on the wrist... Seeing the watch as part of an outfit and with the whole body in frame is important and so few channels do it.... Also natural light really brings out so much

What really stands out on this watch are the Horns. The way they are cutted and how light reflects on it. It does not have the curves of a Grand Seiko but the light catch game ADN is definitely there. I also love how the horns seem separate from the case on one side, making it seemed inserted in between. Another GREAT watch on my wish list. My beloved half does not thank you!
@@HenriksenDolf Long Island Watch makes a "Strapcode" style steel bracelet for the Samurai that rally improves the whole watch. It adds a bit of weight but it helps to balance the watch head better than the Seiko bracelet. 60 bucks.
It happens the same to me. Checking ir on the chronocomparator it gives me a measurement of +21 secs. But when I have it on the wrist and I check the accuracy with an app for this purpose I can see how my King Samurai is too close to 0 secs per day. Awesome!
The King Samurai is definitely worth the premium over the normal Samurai. To be honest the normal Samurai isn't worth the money. I have the Great White version and whilst the watch is great to look at the bracelet is rubbish. I bought the Shu-Iro version of the King Samurai and it definitely feels more special.
I just can't understand the Seiko's prices policy. I have seen higher quality bracelets into really more cheap watches, chinese watches.... but where is the need to cost 6 or 7 times more than a chinese piece? Just due to the brand value? Even though, the King Samurai is a beautiful design...

@@Tribalius It's still at +5 after a year of use. You won't regret buying one. And the saphire crystal and ceramic bezel make it a great watch.
I have king samurai save the ocean version it's really remarkable.

3hz with 40hr power reserve is disappointing. If they increased either the Hz or power reserve I would own one.
