Railroad Crossing, Malugay Street, Makati, Manila, Philippines

Recorded outside The Linear Makati Tower.
Crossing has 2 signals with LED lights which are usually faulty or broken with strobe lights and alarms on top, 2 gates but 1 missing as I forgot to mention in video and 1 advanced warning sign.
A worker holding a stop sign from the signal box attempted to stop traffic before the crossing switched on and this was prior to me recording. You can't really see it because all of the traffic that was in the way.
Train Service: Philippine National Railways (PNR) Metro North Commuter Service (MNC).
Locomotive is a DEL 900 Class. I don't know the coaches they have as they're painted silver, so if you know they could be, please comment down below.
