@ Slight correction, the book of Revelation is not the end of all things. It's the end of human government and humanity's time of independence from God coming to an end as his rulership over earth begins anew. The bible describes how humanity went solo from God back when Adam and Eve chose independence for themselves and their offspring thinking that humans did not need God or his leadership. As this was a valid challenge to his leadership he could not just execute them for rebellion. Instead humanity is permitted to prove themselves better rulers over our own lives than God would be. In Revelation it describes events when that period comes to an end, after humanity has utterly failed at self governance but people choose to fight an impossible battle against God to cling to their independence than submit to gods authority. The four horsemen represent key global events which mark the complete failure of human rulership. Endless wars, poverty and economic disaster on a massive scale, rampant death, global diseases and sickness all happening at the same time. Like a brigade of horsemen charging across the world. That is why the Lords prayer says, "Let your kingdom come, let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven". Basically it's praying for the battle of Armageddeon to begin so it can end human suffering by reestablishing God's rule over the earth.
@ But that's a harmful misrepresentation portrayed by the media because the book of Apocalypse/Revelation is really supposed to give people hope for a better future and not be fearful when those dark times finally start. I'm just throwing the facts out there because I think in times like this we need to be reminded of things which give hope and comfort.

I hope the Fury returns. Most underrated OP character. But he might be so OP, he could defeat the Phalanx, Sentinels, Post Humans, Children of Vault, Apocalypse kids, X Men, Avengers, and essentially rest of Marvel universe until the Living Tribunal with one punch that penetrates all space/time.

I don't usually like how other people end their video, I mean sometimes they drag it too much, sometimes they cut it too short. But man your skills are on another level. When you leave story on cliffhangers, you tend to say your ending dialogues fast sometimes combined with chuckles, hinting you ended video on cliffhanger intentionally but to keep viewers involved. Your narration always makes me smile and your endings as well. Keep up the good work.

The relationship between Krakoa and Arakko is reminiscent of the Relationship of Ex Nihilo and Abyss. Land of life, land of death. Which is maybe why the language of Krakoa is so similar to the language of the builders.
I believe most if not all were destroyed by the Beyonders back in Avengers/New Avengers. But I think there is gonna be a connection to that. Since the X gene is a celestial experiment then it wouldn't be a big jump to retcon and say that no actually an Ex Nihilo hijacked the experiment on the Eternal race and created mutants. Or Krakoa is a crash landed celestial wishing to be made whole after its bottom half was split off by Surter's sword.

Hi Rob, I think the idea of the battle where every warrior who dies is resurected to fight again the next day comes from Norse Mythology as this is what happens in Valhalla. Also seen the story in a Star Trek DS9 episode where Sisko and senior officers with the Bajoran spiritual leader crash land on the planet where people fight to the death every day but due to the planet properties they resurect every day. If you die on the planet you can not leave as you just die. So the spiritual leader was left there as she died during the episode.
Monet says as she's asked for volunteering " Honestly? Feels like a job I might want down the road." Is Hickman foreshadowing? Who knows might be nothing or something HUGE to tie in with Hickman's run on the X-men.

He was used as a litmus test of power, "See how strong Jim is? Well, this thing is stronger." But some cool stories could come from him because of the power level he holds.

Rob mentioned in another recent video that he has a script writer. So, at this point I'm pretty convinced that he has someone else writing the scripts and he doesn't even bother reading most of the comics. A lot of the many, many mistakes/inaccuracies that he has are really simple things that he would have caught if he'd read the book or watched the slideshow that his editor put together.

Just small corrections. Scott Jean and cable travel to a decommissioned S.W.O.R.D vessel not the orchid station. And cable uses the sword to jump start the power not to cut into it.
The X-Men became what they are (the biggest super hero team hands down) thanks to big, epic events such as The Dark Phoenix Saga, Mutant Massacre, Inferno, Age of Apocalypse, Onslaught (ok, sorry), Messiah Complex, Schism, etc, etc. I hope this "X of Swords" is the BIG X-Men storyline I have been waiting for years.
Mad Jim Jasper is literally mentioned as the Leader of one of the realms of Otherworld... Along with it mentioning where exactly Arakko is located (the far realm of Otherworld directly across from Avalon /Earth). So yea if I was a betting man id say he's going to appear as well. Also feels bad that genesis (kid Apocalypse) gets no love.
Hickman is just straight up inventing a whole new world religion at this point. At very least, he is rapidly shaping up to be one of the single most defining voices in comic history since Lee and Kirby. The depth of this mythology is seriously on par with Tolkien.
I haven't wanted to go out and buy comics in a long time but this run is amazing, a magic wielding faction of mutants cut off from the world, descended from apocalypse!!!! Its a whole different breed from regular earth mutants, they have evolved differently, that's probably why most of them are so strong and they dont resemble humans anymore just humanoid, they have evolved to be strong. That's amazing.
Its just great to see X men being the power house franchise at Marvel again

Just small corrections. Scott Jean and cable travel to a decommissioned S.W.O.R.D vessel not the orchid station. And cable uses the sword to jump start the power not to cut into it.

The X-Men became what they are (the biggest super hero team hands down) thanks to big, epic events such as The Dark Phoenix Saga, Mutant Massacre, Inferno, Age of Apocalypse, Onslaught (ok, sorry), Messiah Complex, Schism, etc, etc. I hope this "X of Swords" is the BIG X-Men storyline I have been waiting for years.

Mad Jim Jasper is literally mentioned as the Leader of one of the realms of Otherworld... Along with it mentioning where exactly Arakko is located (the far realm of Otherworld directly across from Avalon /Earth). So yea if I was a betting man id say he's going to appear as well. Also feels bad that genesis (kid Apocalypse) gets no love.
I mean they stabbed Apocalypse, I don't think they killed him. He's made of stronger stuff than that.
The name of Mad Jim Jaspers does appear in the white pages about otherworld. He is the regent of one of the realms (the black market or something)

Hickman is just straight up inventing a whole new world religion at this point. At very least, he is rapidly shaping up to be one of the single most defining voices in comic history since Lee and Kirby. The depth of this mythology is seriously on par with Tolkien.

I haven't wanted to go out and buy comics in a long time but this run is amazing, a magic wielding faction of mutants cut off from the world, descended from apocalypse!!!! Its a whole different breed from regular earth mutants, they have evolved differently, that's probably why most of them are so strong and they dont resemble humans anymore just humanoid, they have evolved to be strong. That's amazing.
