Appreciate you sharing experimenting with the session drummer and bass - but at a point, I’d convert to midi and edit in the piano roll. I think the value of the session drummer and bass are aimed at beginners who want quick-and-dirty accompaniment during song composition. These features don’t replace full drum programming, or recording drums, or an original bass line or a bass player IMO.
Thanks for your input. Yes, MIDI would work too; I'm just showing other ways of working with the session players. I like chopping up the eight bars and changing things with them because they always come up with something different and sometimes better than what I might come up with on my own if I was just editing the Midi.
