Sugar makes ppl ill, especially such amounts of sugar, but don’t just take my word for it, read up on it, please. Also, it’s perfectly possible to rewire your brain from sugar cravings, on average it takes 2 weeks of ‘sugar fasting’, all the best🤞🙂

You can have it every once in a while without getting diabetes, cancer, etc. But yes, most people eat it too frequently. But such is life.
