Rick Rubin was behind Eminem’s Revival album. Not everything he touches is Gold. Pharrell is better, Ye is better, Dre is better, and both Dilla and Madlib are better.

Metro’s production caters to one style of rap: trap.
The features on the album are mostly trap rappers.
The production is amazing but it still sounds the same.
On Time was the only song where is move away from the Trap sound to a gospel/hip-hop instrumental inspired Like Kanye West.
There’s a lot more producers that should be on a list.

Uhh. Metro is crazy and probably the one of the best trap producers. But the best rap producer, let alone overall? If you’re looking for a distinctive sound, what about J Dilla. A producer with an amazing solo career? Kanye or Travis Scott? As for longevity? Metro is yet to match the longevity of Mike Dean or Pharrell. Don’t get me wrong he’s amazing and I agree with your appraisal of Heroes and Villains but that take was almost ignorant.
