(Which is quite surprising since it was their 2nd time meeting) Basically, J Cole who doesn't really accept collaboration on just anyone, accepted his request. Lemme not lie, I do wish Logic had been the main focus of the kindness part, but that’s just me for emotional reasons!! His song 1-800 literally saved my life back in quarantine when I was at the lowest point I’ve ever been in life, suicidal ideation, just one long depressive episode. But I SWEAR in that moment when I heard him and Alessia Cara and Khalid on that track and they were singing about giving life one more shot, that was God talking to me, even though at that point I didn’t know it yet. To me, Logic literally spreads kindness in his music in the most unfathomable, beautiful ways.
