People use ASMR for different reasons, but I try to make every video one that you can fall asleep to. I tend to make fast asmr with a variety of sounds and triggers in every video keeping it unpredictable, but intentional .This is what helps me relax most and hopefully you can find relief here as well!

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic (tapping/brushing/whispering) and visual stimulation (hand movements/lights/etc)

I love the really cozy, safe feel that the background has. It's just a nice little kinda cabin feel plus it's kinda dark and most people watch this at night. I really don't like the ones with a just plain background. Please never change it. ;)

Towel sounds are my absolute favorite trigger.
I can't thank you enough for what you do, you may not save lives everyday, or stop fires like rescue personnel, but you have saved my sleep and I tremendously thankful to that. I recently started dealing with insomnia after I finished college and hadn't found a suitable way to fall asleep, but you and a couple other ASMRists have made it to where I can sleep again, thank you so much.
