This is actually a remarkably good take, and I'm delighted by it! IDK anything about shadow sorcs, but the thought of Mewtwo in breeches and a flowy shirt is excellent!

Oh yeah, because sorcerers need high int. XD Every time I've played a sorcerer Intelligence is my dump stat, that and Strength. XD everything in Charisma and Dexterity. Wisdom and Constitution are medium stats. Unless I play a Monk, Wisdom, Dexterity are usually My highest then.

Reason why Dragon was in parentheses was because Darastryx means Dragon. So, the Lizardfolk is literally named Dragon in draconic, I believe.

Bards are technically casters, yeah? I could totally see her being a Dragonborn Bard! Especially with all the innuendos and sly remarks the bars can make.
I feel like "Smoke" should have an affinity to sitting in vats due to her birth, so you can rarely ever actually see her weird foot.

Just had a mental image of some shopkeep or whatever seeing these two. This buff, genial lizard man engages them in the most meandering incomprehensible conversation imaginable while a weird bald cat lady skulks into a corner and tries to crawl into the biggest pot in the room.

Headcanon: "Smoke" is using her charisma to gaslight the interlocutor into thinking she's INT based.
I'd have expected Jacob or Nathan to do that, but Jacob's MIA and Nathan didn't. *le sigh*

I watched Kyle XY, yes he would qualify as a homunculus. His actual story is he is basically a clone and they thought humans unlocked super powers if they stayed in the womb longer so he was left in the artificial womb until he was like 18.
Ok, but _did_ he have super powers?
All I remember was that a family in a small town "adopted" Kyle and _constantly_ made references to how bizarre his situation and behavior were. There was also some hidden scientific base hidden in the forest near the small town the family lived at. There were a lot of scenes in that forest. Later on, they got into the base and discovered a vat-tube with XX on it... which either had Kyle's clone... sister...? Love... interest....? In it... I think? Uh. Yeah.
I also watched this and he did have super powers. Super senses like vision and hearing I remember clearly. The others were kinda vague like he was really smart and had some kind of special really good memory. And he could do some kind of telekinesis-ish stuff I think. Towards the end I kind of stopped watching bc the plot went way off the rails.
Tabaxi names are whole phrases. "Smoke" is probably named something like "Smoke rising from a doused fire"

These two characters are the level of smooth brain chaos that every d&d party needs
When Karina said "play a phone on my fiddle", I went on a little mind vacation imagining a character who can see the future but doesn't realize it, so they're constantly making reference to things that don't exist yet.

He even mentioned that they had high charisma later on
I'd like to think that no matter what words Darax uses, Smoke always knows what he is actually saying. No one else does of course. It's an "I am Groot" situation.
Nathan managed to resist the "um actually" about Sorcerers and having high Intelligence, which means he has more self control than me. My CORRECT THE DND STATEMENT urges were tingling
My level 1 human fighter's favourite spell is Fireball and his dump stat is constitution :)
Suggesto: Nathan, Karina and Jacob all pick their favorite weird pokemon cry for Julia to interpret. Bonus challenge is that they have to draw Julia's interpretation/description (if Julia's skeleton needs a break from drawing).

Can we talk about how fluid and smooth Julia’s drawings have gotten lately? And that pen is so good
Yeah! I've been watching old episodes recently so the contrast is more obvious. She was always very skilled but her art has really evolved over the years, it's so much more fluid and alive these days, with a lot of variety. Honestly it's really inspiring to see them all go on their art journeys over the years, even though they were good to start with... makes me want to keep pushing with my own skills.
But Nathan though? Really proud of his art journey

My idea for smoke is that, as a player character, she would start off as a minor villain at the very beginning of the campaign, and then when the party defeats her she falls and hits her head really hard and forgets who she was, so the party has to help her figure out her own identity as well as maybe train her how to be good.

Episode idea: Genre swap telephone!
One person designs a character in a specific genre, they hand it off to the next person who does a genre swaped drawing of that character, then the next person draws it in another genre without seeing the first one. Sort of like the fursona telephone episode you did a little while ago.
Suggestion: Holidays as Dark Soul bosses.
Hanukkah and Día de Muertos come to mind.

Darastryx (dragon) means that his name is Darastryx and it means Dragon in Draconic, because that's how the Lizardfolk name table is set up in Volo's Guide to Monsters.
I SCREAMED when Narhan got his character. I currently play a tabaxi bard who is a sphinx cat named Khardi Bea (yes she is loosely based on Cardi B)

"Yugioh Telephone" Start by showing a card, describing the card, redrawing the card, and renaming the card
"Backwards Pokemon" Take Pokemon names read them backwards, use those backward names to design new Pokemon

I'm imagining a drawfee BG3 campaign where Karina is a druid and she just constantly stays wild shaped as a cat.
I rolled up a retainer paladin to bodyguard my main character (who is a bard) and he is the most himbo to ever have himboed. 4 intelligence. 17 strength, 15 charisma. Can’t read, but his arms are buff as heck and he’s ready to protect you to make Helios proud!
