Hey Tolle, the dog fountain in Mt Vernon is very nice, but not very realistic. I have not seen dogs with so much water coming out of their mouths. It would be more realistic if the dogs all had their legs lifted to fill the fountain ;>}
@@TheTolleRoad Hey Tolle, if the town would do that, it would serve as a public service; the children would then know why they are not to eat the yellow snow ;>{}
I have enjoyed this series more than I expected. It has been very interesting to learn some facts about each county in addition to seeing the cool architecture of these courthouses. And I got to see a dog fountain! And it made me Google why Hardee's is known as Carl's Jr. some places. Lots of education going on!
Yeah, 88 of these can get a little similar so I tried mixing in something to spotlight each county. Karcher really got his start in California, but he was born and spent a good chunk of his childhood in Ohio. Wilber Hardee was from North Carolina, yet Hardee's are in Ohio and Carl Jr. is not. 😂
That should be ready in about a week. The first half of day 3 should be out Monday. Williams will be in the early part of the 2nd half of day 3. I think it was about 14th or 15th one I hit that day so should be 3rd or 4th on D3/P2.
You should do it. Florida is so long and narrow that I’m not sure if that would make it easier or harder but I guess you wouldn’t have to do it all in one trip.
This series is crazy. This is dedication for sure. Oh man, Shawshank Redemption is such a classic movie. There was a lot research for this series. Little Rosalie would love that dog fountain. I thought you were going to jump in. If this series does well, let me know when you do the IL court houses. Then you'll have to do the rest of the 50 states.
I thought I already replied to this! Illinois has over a 100 so that would definitely be a tall order! Like Rocky Coyote said... I'm just glad the dogs weren't raising their legs!!!
Day 2 seems to have gone a much less hectic pace! When ever I hear about Morrow County, I think about the song "To Morrow" that the Kingston Trio did and then later the Muppets. I think the winner for this one is definitely Union County, that courthouse looks just like a castle. I also totally loved the murals in Crawford! I always forget just how many Presidents are from Ohio. 1152 miles!? Wow!!
Had a little less ground to cover and didn't waste time doing stuff like eating and going to the bathroom. Didn't expect a Kington Trio reference! At least we didn't have a Tom Dooley moment.

😂😂😂 that would be one way to discourage people from playing in the water! I suppose you'd have to add yellow dye to the water too.

@@rockycoyote the town should lean into it and have the world’s largest yellow snowball fight festival every year.
That mural was crazy good 😱😎
It really was. Almost looked like Colton was part of the picture when he walked by.
The architecture of these building is amazing! Touring so many has got to be taking a 'tolle' on you!
Yep... had to take a lot of off ramps to find them all!

I’m passionately waiting for Williams!

Another fun day chasing courthouses with you. Love this idea and thinking I will do this in Florida sometime.

And I think Union might've been my top one too!
The dog fountain in Mt Vernon and the murals in Bucyrus are very cool!
I love that fountain. The first time I saw it they were still working on it and the guy who built it was there.
