    I do (1) a fast suitcase carry with 20 kg plate in one hand, aiming for 100 steps per side, (2) cable rotation swing at 80kg resistance, and (3) 100kg sled push for 1k yards.

    Hard to do both... have to focus on one.

    Practice handstands till you can do hand stand pushups.. your core will feel superhuman

    pall of press, wood choppers pivoting from the foot with a band focused on exploding as fast as you can, med ball slams, planks, rotational landmine press.
    These are some of the best "core" exercises for athletic performance.
