The problem is you are using a clinical lens so the film emulation becomes redundant. It's all about the lenses. Use an old Kern Swifter and you'll really have something closer to Super 16mm.

I can’t believe how much they are selling for. I have one fully rigged with tilta cage, tilta follow focus and tilta mattebox and a set of rokinon cine lenses, with tilta vmount battery plate, with a metabones speed buster. Wonder how much I can get for that.

Hey just want to let you know I became a Bmpcc og user a couple years ago, in addition to shooting 16mm, and your videos have been a constant source of info & inspiration. ❤️‍🔥 I love shooting on these cheap c mount lenses. I just figured out how to attach a variable ND to my Fujian 25mm, and love what I can get outdoors in the daylight with it wide open. Crazy dreamy visuals

Which one to choose, I'm looking for good budget lens and can't decide between 7artisans 25mm and TTartisan 35mm. Which one is better for my OG? I have really nice vintage soviet lens, but it's hard to shoot with it with the crop factor of the BMPCC OG. I also purchased SLR Magic 8mm for wide angle shots and to use it with gimbal and looking for some more standard lens with nice cinematic look.

why not use an external dedicated screen instead of the cineeye

I think he should have extended the legs on the monopod to the ground, he would have got steadier footage. I would have picked wider lenses, a cage, and an external battery. The only footage I didn't like is the behind the scene footage you shot of him. It's all purple, but maybe that is what you where going for. Although I have one of these cameras, I think today, I would suggest people get an FX-30 if they can afford it. The auto focus alone is worth it, and you can use S-Cinatone, to get excellent footage, until you learn how to color grade in Cine IE.

Hasan thanks for sharing your experience with BMPCC. I like this little camera. Did you try or recommend Hohem M2?

I use the Crane M2, very small and not for crazy action and big lenses but for careful movements and small lenses pretty good. It needs some kind of extension to fit though or a small cage. I also attached a battery on the bottom of the grip to power the pocket via a big np 750.

I have a quick question (which might seem a bit basic): After you balance the gimbal with the pocket and a particular lens, do you need to rebalance it every time you attach the camera to the gimbal? Hello Hasan, I was wondering did you experience issues with fixed pattern noise with this camera? I just got one and it seems to have alot of fpn in lowlight at 800 ISO. Not sure if this is normal for this camera so just wondering.

a few questions in need of help.. I want to start making money on videography in poetic mood is this camera possible to work with professional or am I better off going with he p4K camera? when it comes to focus, I see 99% of the videos on TH-cam by the original camera is never in focus.. is a blurry but dreamy and beautiful look BUrt, can one get this camera focus to work very clearly, like a portrait to see eyes, expressions etc.? I cannot find any videos showing clear focus? and if we we an external screen on top of the built in screen is it possible to still use the built in screen for the meny at the same time as we check everything I the external screen? pease advice. have found a seller both of the original and the p4k now.. already got 4/3 lenses from my gh3.. but need advice so that I can actually work professionally and trust it working out for me.. kind regards from Sweden!
