It’s interesting because rins flow state is called destroyer mode and he gets people to use their best attack against him and then he destroys them while they’re using it. It’s like he’s doing what his brother did to him to other people. You probably already said this but I stopped mid way through the video to say this
There's a deeper meaning behind his destroyer mode, which we'll explore in the next season. All I can say for now is that his original ego is still only half-baked.
The rejection of bonds in his flow state ironically is what Sae wanted him to do all along, to trust his own strength and stop using others as an excuse to achieve his goals. Becoming great isn't the goal, simply to be what he wants to be.
@@MutePatt its amazing that a 6 minute video can make me think far beyond its length. Each character has such rich story, makes you want to root for them. Yukimiya's confrontation to Isagi over the passed goal is intriguing. To see someone so nice get like that is wild. He reminds me of Barou in that moment. He'd rather try/fail to score than win. Talented learners vs Genius is amazing topic. Aiku's jog where he laments his cut potential is crushing. So many other moments, can't wait to see more now! Blue Lock is a nice story! I'm glad that you have quality content for it!
It's truly a great story that opens up many ways to reflect on ourselves through its characters. The ego types concept helped me understand a lot about myself and inspired me to share my perspectives. I'm glad you liked it! I'll be making videos on these concepts after the anime adaptation. A video about Shidou is on the way-I hope you'll enjoy it.
Rib could have saved their relationship by not being a brat and insisting his brother be a striker when he decided he’d be a mid fielder, if not for that moment they could have been cool, but I go to therapy for what Sai told Ron at the end of the U20 match. He violated with that.
0:56 Have you ever seen Sae drawn with the black lines every time Rin says something "cringy"? Especially in the U20 game, half his body is covered when steals the ball and talks down to Rin. 0:21 After Rin proclaims he want to he the "little brother of the best striker", Sae's initial shocked eyes wide open, he gets drawn with these black lines more and more. Hes so disappointed, embarrassed and sad. Still its almost like Contempt. 0:43 It contrasts so much with the desperate, ready, hungry, determined look Sae has when he reveals his revised dream. His face makes what Rin says after that sound so silly. I feel so bad that Sae wanted everything for both of them.
Worst life he has everything he wants rn. As for his life "he created his own delusional inside head". And his ego is Ge--no--ci--di--al , that is why Itoshi Sae left. Sae knows that Isagi won by luck in U20 but he saw metavision in Isagi.
Sae went from 'lets conquer the world together and I'll be king" to "Let's conquer the world together and you become king" Rin rejected this idea and Sae became cold in response. He realized that his brother is too naive to get there. So he cuts his losses, very logically. He realized that their dream wasn't achievable or not as optimal. Tried to compromise, but if it's not the best striker it's meaningless.
Rin also is a genius with cruel luck, it's wasted on things that don't matter, like the match he took Isagi, but later on he is not favored, but that's because he needed to create the bird shit bullseye for Isagi.

Sae became levi with that " give up on ur dreams and die"
Yeah... Never occurred to me, excellent callback ❤️

Yes, he did

Your observations are insightful and well-articulated. Thank you for sharing these valuable perspectives.

Yeah I have seen it.
Tbf sae only became "kys now" when rin continously rejected the concept of sae helping rin become the best striker fr
he’s tall really skilled at soccer and because his brother talked shit to him he’s become a depressed emo boy his life is not bad at all
