Every time I've seen AAL, I always wonder what percentage of the audience are just other musicians who are there to appreciate that level of musicianship
I'm so happy for them that they're big enough to play amphitheaters now, but man, seeing them at a smaller venue where there's just the stage and floor is mind blowing. Everyone chilling within spitting distance of them and a pit with the most courteous people right there to hop in and out of. I've never been picked up off my ass more quickly than at their concerts. Three times I fell and each time two dudes on either side pulled me up by my arms right as my ass hit the ground. Will never forget those concerts.
Thats too bad, I went 100% for AAL, never heard of the headliner, but I Prevail were actually cool, most humble band I've ever seen play RR, lead singer was getting choked up he was so grateful for the opportunity. And AAL killed, even though it was just a 45 min. set
looks cool but, if the wind is blowing or anything the sound is ass. Not a big fan but, people for some reason love it. I would much rather see them in a theater with good acoustics
Original album drums were programmed. This drummer is Matt Garstka, he's been with the band for a few years and he does put his own spin on the drumming from some of their previous albums. IMO always improvements over the album versions, he's an insane drummer.

Roman probably all off them lol

This statement means you are intelligent. I get that.
@Aja Sartore you're a bot.
@Aubrey Sivills Your account opened the same day as Aja, very coincidental, for A BOT
what a stunning setting for a concert.
Can't believe how clean Matt is..
It's not Matt it's Math. That's why.
Sanctification & Water
Actually, is due the fact he washes himself about 2-3 times a day
dat drum sound is so godayum perfect toe, big props to the FOH guy !
@@Nattfodd88 I mean, it's also Matt though. Be real here. Lol
that awkward "yeah" in almost every ending wave of babies concert is understandable for 4/4 plebs like us
So lucky I just saw them in New York City, and they are just so unbelievably awesome. The skill and talent is unmeasurable
Those two guys with long hair a few rows down were definitely there just to see AAL.

No head banging because no one knows where the 1 is except for the people on stage 🤣🤣
Still my favorite AAL song to date. This song fucking rips so hard.
what about now?
This and Song of Solomon
Matt garska is the sickest drummer alive. Fight me
No argument there
I think if you ask any drummer who know of his existence, they'd rate him top 3 at least. Machine of a man
Virg
Not even a comparison
When your solo ushers in the setting of the sun
This place is really cool. Wish I could be there.
wow, what a place
Those drums sound like lasers
I would've gone and paid up to $500 to see AAL at Red Rocks, but I Prevail headlined...
Exactly why i didnt go 😫
@@boisvert813 i live ten minutes from there and i didnt go for the same reason lol

What is the issue with I Prevail? I don't know the band so I'm just curious.
You guys are idiots if you had the opportunity to go and chose not to lol
When we were free.😔
damn, really cool place! AAL killing as usual

INFERNALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
This band is good but not Dream Theater good.
If you talk musical complexity then dream theater would probably be AAL but if it comes to better songs then I would say dream theater
