I did this trek last year i was 16 and i literally pushed myself hard everyday the thought of quitting was in my mind every min because it was my first ever trek and everyday was a challenge but the serenity and mesmerising view of sar pass trek pushed me to the summit and i look back at it today and im filled with memeories ,joy ,experience for life time i think everyone should do sar pass trek once in their life time❤
So proud of you to do this at such a young age!

Hi i hv done this trek this year in may at the age of 40. I was tired i was exhausted but the satisfaction of completing the trek is lifetime .this was my first ever trek . All credit goes to my husband.

First of all.. good choice of trek…
About weight of the rod… yes rod adds up to the weight… but they are very light weight rods… so given the advantage they provide, the weight can be neglected..
About number of rods … my bag has 2, and i find it significantly useful…
But given your use…. Just go with a bag from amazon like trawoc… and if your budget allows … go with MT100 from Decathlon

Nice video, thanks for making such a detailed video. I'm curious to know if you can help me how to reach camp site from Hyderabad, train, flight and a way back. If wanna stay more what are the options. Should do advance booking for travel way back, what do you suggest?
i ll say if you can arrange your commute till delhi - from delhi you can take volvo buses to kasol.
for the way back, i will recommend you give a buffer day, dont keep your schedule too tight.
Bro I'm planning to go on this trek next month. I already did so many treks that includes kheerganga, kedarkantha, dayara bughyal, kedarnath and etc. Any tips or suggestions for this one?
Hey… you wont have any issue dont worry… nagaru climb will be more like the summit climb of kedarkantha..and other sections are little bit like dyara…. All this with the greenry of kheerganga😄

Never wear leather hiking boot in snow trek go with rubber boots with additional spikes.

We have done basic beginners trek like kasol kheerganga, serolsar lake trek, triund .
Bhai this time anyway you cant do hampta pass.. sar pass is the only clear choice for you!

If you have a active lifestyle and you are not scared of thrills and adventures- then yes
If you get anxious and scared easily- I would advise you to start small

how was the stay done? The food and restroom amenities -
in Grahan, you will get proper toilet… after that the toilets will be dry toilets - meaning you will have to use the toilet papers to clean up (no water). for food - it is indian food - chapati, rice n all.

but, I didn't rent anything.. so the rental cost will go on top of this.
